I went to school there. It help me to understand Appliances better. I wished that you could call and ask questions the first 3 to 6 months after classes. There is nothing like staying the course and letting experience be your guide. I would tell anyone to go to school and get a better understanding of Appliances.

If your boss doesn't have time to do in house training, then that's a bad boss/owner. Look for a new company to work for. Every trade complains that there aren't enough tradesmen. But none of them are willing to train anyone. They all expect someone else to do it.

So, the cases this year (10 times lower that past 9 years average) (31,482,088 / 2,892,883), and yet the current deaths this season is sadly an all time record high (3.42 times the previous 9 years average) (119,708 / 34,963). This comes as the country is shut down, people locked up in their homes, masks and social distancing, (prescribed by “expert” Fauci and the Scarf lady) as if every single person in the U.S. is a potential infector. No baseball games, basketball games, groups getting together in the Nation let alone in New York not many on subways and out in the streets, yet deaths are occurring at record rates. Why is this?? The flu doesn’t kill you it’s the secondary upper respiratory infections that take over and do the job, with viral pneumonia being the worst. In 1918 the reason so many people died from the Spanish flu (675,000) is because they didn’t have antibiotics in those days to help with the infections. www.cdc.gov/flu/pandemic-resources/1918-pandemic-h1n1.html No matter what medicine or antibiotic there is; our life, health, and well being boils down, and depends on in the end, our immune systems taking over for our complete recovery. The record amount of deaths this year would logically suggest a possible cause as being: 1. The prescribed antibiotics or basic medical care is not working to alleviate the deaths from upper respiratory infections or the viral pneumonia… 2. The wrong antibiotic is being prescribed and used. 3. None of the antibiotics are working (which would indicate, it’s more urgent to work on finding a better antibiotic then a vaccine) 4. The people that died had an immune system that had been compromised somehow. 5. The people that died had some other pre-existing condition that stretched the immune system beyond its limits. 6. The only prevention for the flu is the human body, which in 95% of cases is capable of preventing it from turning into upper respiratory infections, while it deals with the symptoms of fever, cough, and sore throat effectively, and in a few days renders the body back to a normal state of health. So what could it be that caused this many U.S. deaths (3.42 times the average) this year, when never before in our U.S. history, after the Spanish flu of 1918) and yet so few (10 times less) confirmed cases??? Five things occurred differently this year than any previous flu season or year in U.S. history. 1) Outrageous Trump hating news sensationalizing cases and deaths and data. 2) “Expert” Fauci and scarf lady with their outrageously wrong death predictions. 3) Shut down of the U.S. 4) Masks and social distancing 5) Panic, hysteria and paranoia created among the population Possible causes of record deaths: 1. Maybe the body sets up coughing and sneezing to purposely get rid of the infected virus droplets from the chest and lungs in its healing process. Maybe the wearing of masks by infected patients prevents the complete discharge of the virus droplets out of the chest (in that single cough/sneeze moment), and the person then (because of the mask over the nose and mouth) breaths many of the infected droplet molecules immediately back into the lungs, recirculating and fortifying the infection, and preventing the body’s cure. 2. The cause and effect of stress, hysteria, panic and fear, which maybe compromises a person’s immune system to not be able to fight an infection as well as it could in the same person without those same types of feelings. 3. The Trump hating sensationalized, every minute of every day, negative news, and Fauci, creating the unwarranted panic, stress, and fear in people, that if you get the flu, especially the elderly, you become literally “scared to death” and that you have no chance of living or recovering from it. Those people maybe do tend to die, especially when you see a doctor come in to check on you wearing a pathetic space costume, (as if the patients are radio active or breathing out cyanide gas) and nurses with full plastic shields over their nose and mouth, masks. 4. The lock down and news generated panic and hysteria has killed thousands this year. It is well known, that people with a positive “I’m going to beat it” attitude tend to defeat their cancers, much more often than people with a negative, defeatist, “it’s over” attitude. For the people and “experts” that say that the reason so many more deaths this year is because Covid-19 virus strain is much more contagious and lethal. Well, logic would say then, that there should be many more “cases” to cause those increased deaths but this certainly is not the case this year, not even close. Aerosol particles and infection vs Droplet infection th-cam.com/video/F1JEbx9NY2I/w-d-xo.html Logic would suggest that droplet and aerosol particles would have to be infected and then expelled from the body by coughing or sneezing, the above video forgets to mention that. Also there is no coughing or sneezing if a person is asymptomatic, no fever or infection, and so the particles logically would not be infected either. Getting infected by an asymptomatic person, might be possibly forced in the laboratory, but not in real life. Show us the study experts, I can’t find one!!!! elemental.medium.com/its-not-just-sick-old-people-who-die-from-covid-19-bc9251989bc8

There are only 6 strains of corona virus which have impacted the human immune system. None of them result in long term immunity. Two of them don't even provide immunity for a year. So let's just clarify this, there is absolutely no evidence of any significant herd immunity relating to corona viruses. Oh yes, contrary to his claims, in isolation and a clean environment, your immune system doesn't fall it actually increases. The evidence? Our homes are much cleaner than 30 years ago, the result is seen in immune hypersensitivity, increased asthma and allergies in children.

Mary Farleigh of course, that’s exactly who we should HAVE to listen too. This historic event reminds me of the space shuttle challenger disaster. Engineering told the managers just the day before lift off, to call it off. Management didn’t listen for reasons unknown. They confirmed it was a go and did not listen to Engineering, the men who really knew there was a safety issue. It appears life’s lessons do not teach some in authoritative positions.
