I started playing cyberpunk 2077 a few days ago the only ending I got to was with panam gone Johnny gone and V dead. I still don’t know why he killed himself. In the end credits panam was the only one to call. Does anyone know why he killed himself. And why did panam say the stuff she did in those four calls ?

it seems pretty unfair tht V gets ghosted like that like dude I didn't choose to go into a coma for two years

It's a shame she never gets back to you. Instead has Mitch tell you to leave her alone. They really wanted us to know that was the wrong ending.

First play through. Didn't romance Pan Am so didn't have the feels as hard. But yeah I get it

This is honestly why I never play multiplayer games really. There’s always more and more content so I never feel satisfied. While I do enjoy some multiplayer games but I love actually finishing a game. There’s always a major difference between playing the 1st time and the second time. It makes a game very well rounded. Probably a reason I loved bg3

This reminds me of a theory that in this ending Panam doesn’t pick up because she died trying to find V, which even not confirmed makes this hit even harder.

Heres my thought. The only one that makes this ok. She has to leave V, so that you can get with her again in the sequel.

I didn't know as a female V you couldn't get with Panam, it literally broke my heart when I realized this wouldn't happen, and even more after that ending, this game literally has no happy endings... perhaps the least sad one is when you go with panam and leave night city, yeah, you'll die in 6 months, but at least they will be 6 happy months...

The only correct ending is the star...the new PL ending just shows that none of them cared about v as much as he/she cared about them. The star ending just feels right.

Brutal. Too real for this to just be a video game story. "Just call me Panam, I need to hear your voice... please just call."

This is why betraying Panam is justified

Had Judy as my romance option and never in my life as a straight male have ever felt betrayed by a game character this ending felt like a punch in the gut literally all you’re friends tells you to fuck off you’re powerless and get beaten up by some random thug no matter what choice you make as for misty she’s a real one ngl

Just got done with my 1st playthrough of cyberpunk and its in my top 10 games.

My lips are quaking right now. This shit is gut-wrenching, man.

Vik, Judy, Kerry, and Misty were V's only real friends. Everyone else abandoned him and blamed him for leaving as if him living wasn't what they actually wanted. 😂

They actually made this ending more sad with patches after the release of PL. They added lines that Panam wrote V when he was in a coma. One of the lines they added, which is the one before the last line: "YOU TOLD ME YOU WERE COMING BACK" Ou... ouch??? 😭

Panam will definitely answer the call, it was freakin Mitch whos keep pushing V away.. thats why i hate this DLC fake cure ending.

honestly if i was writing that ending i would had made it so it ends with V finding panam and having an emotional reunion

This game is underrated as fuck... This game is for me better than GTA, and better than GTA 6 will be in terms of story.

Crazy, when conscious brain realizes we’re feeling anything for the very last time it speaks to our unconscious brain and share in that moment our life of memories… that’s all it comes down to. Begs the question is loss, leading to an end really just a moment frozen in time? Is it better that way? Did V ever really lose Panam or are those moments forever encapsulated by never further changing time?

Live without panam ? pass, i would rather die with panam.

CDPR was really like, "You loved Edgerunners did ya? Oh look a new ending!"

Beautiful video choom, honestly, Panam is a great character, in a game where the world is upside-down and inside-out and so fucked up its downright scary how normal it is, Panam was the few sane people, and when I saw I could have her with V, I knew it was a right choice, cuz in a game where my character loses so much already, its nice to see him win a good deserved fight, you chooms stay happy and blessed, and remember, as the great Johnny Silverhand once said ‘Never stop fighting’

I wish Panam would’ve answered the call maybe good night see them again in the future in the next game. Who knows maybe you might get them back together again this game when I first played it I didn’t think of anything about it at first it’s emotional feel something I hope we can see Panam and v in the next game it feels like a true story you can feel it
