The 07 that I'm thinking about getting has the older radio in it...would I be able to get the newer one like you have installed to replace the old one?

I'm thinking about getting a 07 CE with the DT!! I plan on repainting it white since the yellow is too far gone and restoring it from there with newer LEDs all the way around, maybe a chrome grille, and better passenger seats

That is definitely still a good-looking rig! Its milage is a bit more than what our 2005 CE300 was at when it got retired last fall, so that's cool.

It has this beautiful Cummins B6.7 engine

Aluminum wheels may look nice but steel is still much less costly. Yes many claim better fuel mpg but short trips around town won’t make much difference anyway.
