This was my guilty pleasure at age 16 when all else didn't help and soon bored me. THIS MUSIC NEVER NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER bored me for a second. It contains all. I lived near the mountains back then and it contained them, but it also encompassed the plains, the towns, the riverbanks, the beyond, the NORTH, the unseen. Pure unwatered genius

Without Robert Fripp we would never have had King Crimson. For this and staggering innovation and craft on guitar playing and his service to music he should be awarded the MBE.

The DVD version of this (originally a video) is worth getting - Deja Vrooom, even though this whole show is on the Thrak Box. On DV, you get alternate camera angles that also favour the mix to the musician you are watching. Really cool thing that doesn't seem to have been done again.
