In this video, I'll be demonstrating a thorough deep cleaning of a boat, including the complete disassembly of its interior. Boat specifications Model: Regal Medallion Year: 1984. Length of boat: 5.5m #boat #boating #diy #deconstruct #rebuild #transformation #NauticalVibes #stringers #transom #console #outboards #conversion #regalmedallion #fibreglass #allabroadadventures
Congrats on the hard work dude.think you over engineered it a bit tho.you could hang a jetski on davits on the back of that !.the secret is not to take the plywood to the bottom on the v hull.leave it 150mm higher so you can put a drain plug in and not have it going thru your plywood where its vulnerable.
Thank you for watcing!
That's the first time I've seen a chainsaw usied like that😊
😂 This is just a few secund in a video... It was a hour in real time... 😉
Svaka cast
Hvala
S.O.B. I think i just found a new hobby
I do it for a hobby🍻
Strongest transom rebuild I have ever seen! You can hang 4 x 600 hp of the back of that without a problem. Well done.
Thank you! 🍻😉
Did the transom, transom knees, stringer and floor on a 1979 Checkmate last yr. Are you replacing knees when you do the stringers? Excellent job.
Yes, evrything exept hull... I have one more to do for me... Regal Medallion conversion to open fisherman... Thank you!
What a big job man. But why use just wood again? All this work and don’t use something like goosaboard. That would have lasted more than a lifetime. Nevertheless a thourough job💪 Greetz from the Netherland an thank you for sharing. 🙏🏻
Thank you
Great work
Thank you
Hello very good job, I just discovered your channel and watched all the videos (from France) ! what is the adhesive you are using to stick the plywood on the fiberglass ? Is it a structural bond ? Thanks. And keep on posting videos !
Hello from Croatia! Thank you for watcing, video about stringers is next... Soon... I am using PU 2k glue.
Svaka čast! Puno posla a sve odrađeno prva klasa. Bravo👏🏼👏🏼
Hvala
Very well done everyone thinks to cut from outside but that is wrong this a proper and most strong way of doing this repair
Thank you. I agree
Depends on the boat
I feel like it should be tabbed further on to the sides and bottom of the hull with some biaxial like 1708. Just my opinion.
I will do it when I do the stringers to conect all in...
Nice job
Thank you
Great job
Thank you!
