Congrats on the hard work dude.think you over engineered it a bit tho.you could hang a jetski on davits on the back of that !.the secret is not to take the plywood to the bottom on the v hull.leave it 150mm higher so you can put a drain plug in and not have it going thru your plywood where its vulnerable.

That's the first time I've seen a chainsaw usied like that😊

Strongest transom rebuild I have ever seen! You can hang 4 x 600 hp of the back of that without a problem. Well done.

Did the transom, transom knees, stringer and floor on a 1979 Checkmate last yr. Are you replacing knees when you do the stringers? Excellent job.

What a big job man. But why use just wood again? All this work and don’t use something like goosaboard. That would have lasted more than a lifetime. Nevertheless a thourough job💪 Greetz from the Netherland an thank you for sharing. 🙏🏻

I feel like it should be tabbed further on to the sides and bottom of the hull with some biaxial like 1708. Just my opinion.
