why?
The crane was damaged by a big fire that burnt the building structure down around it and hundreds of people were displaced from there apartments due to the risk of the crane falling so the crane had to be taken down quickly and safely. Since we had done this to another crane several months earlier that had also been damaged in a fire (much worse damage) we went with the same approach.
