A project by Gamuda Land. In the heart of southern Kota Kemuning, Quayside Plazas emerges as a vital part of twentyfive7’s vibrant core. Located mere meters away from Quayside Mall, the plaza breathes fresh zest into twentyfive7 with its collection of lakefront designer pods and shop offices.

Developer lari sbb wang banyak habis dibelanjakan, if im not mistaken, anak anak dia kan? Kalau x silap la sbb I did come across related news few years ago. In 2017 lagi mereka (para pembeli and all) meeting bagai, tapi still.. "According to the purchaser, before the project was abandoned, it had recorded a take-up rate of 80%, which meant that the developer should have had sufficient funds to complete the project. However, the construction of the 28-floor tower stopped at the 26th floor. By the time it was declared abandoned, the retail units were about 90% completed."

Their Empire Subang was just luck, build quality is sh1t, Empire Damansara too, I really don't know how the VP was even given, shouldn't have been in the business to begin with, they just rode the bull run and now that it stopped, the chicken have come home to roost
Yes, I remember seeing some cracked tiles and wall in the Empire Subang shopping mall when it was opened only forva few weeks, so defiantely not the best build quality but the location is superb. Hopefully a white knight would save this Remix 1 soon.

I think the concrete is still fine but the steels exposed seems to be rusty. Hopefully nothing bad that would endanger the residents around.

@@Aerial360MY The site is obviously dangerous, but I don't think nearby should be affected. But I think it really isn't usable as a structure for a new project, so it will go at some point. Shame really, but should be demolished.
i am one of the purchaser that felling the pain from this project, as the developer have claim all the money with the bank, so end up now, i have to pay the monthly instalment to the bank and could not get the property. Last time, dont know why the white knight that wanted to take over, but some guys just stop them and now end up like this, cause to me, even the new developer takes over, 5 years or 6 years later only complete it, it is still better than this stage.

There's an abandoned township at Cyber Height Villa in Cyberjaya since 2014. If you feel like going down south could you please fly up your drone there?

Sunway Group should takeover this project as they had so many other assets and property nearby the vicinity, there is big potential in this project. If they built flyover and road connectivity to Bandar Sunway and surrounding area, the area will be booming.
Thats true especially BRT and Sunway international school is nearby!

and also sunway is much richer than other developers because they get lot of government projects.
