My prespective of things is that the days of doing cold everything like cold email or cold dm or any cold outreach (which still gets results tbf) days are getting over and anything from outreach to onboarding to service delivery now needs to be personalized and of high quality or else the agency will die off

He's not wrong. You have to know the difference between working in the business and on the business though to make this work. My agency is 14 months old and currently doing very different numbers to this. That first year has to be 100% or nothing at all.

Hey G my names Tony Im from South Africa. Crazy but when i saw your vid on my home page, with low views and a title saying its lonely running an agency, I knew i needed to click on it cause while you ahead of me in your journey, I'm literally in real time feeling the crumbling feeling of loneliness consume me. This channel will one day grow to be massive but today, i needed to listen to some in my age group facing the same issue as I am while being on the journey to success. Hey could you make maybe a video about overwhelm? Idk but for me I can get very overwhelmed especially when Im about to close a very big client, feeling of potential failure, the feeling of disappointing the people around me, the feeling of how much underachieved I am, all these feelings end up compounding on top of each other whenever I come close to closing a very big client that requires a lot of work and responsibility and risk. This feeling of overwhelmness makes me slow down my momentum when it comes to work, days can go by and I end up not doing work, this year I have been working on this problem and I have come a great way but unfortunately I still struggle. I feel you bro! I also come from a small village in france and is not easy to find friends with the same entrepreneurial goals as you. But something that has helped me is to go out with friends between 1 or 3 times a month. Even if they are students or work a 9/5 and you can't talk about your business goals with them. You have to know that social interaction makes part of the human nature and you need it to keep a good mental health and keep grinding. Sometimes talking about stupid things, telling stories and having a laugh, even if it doesn't help you progress with your goals or your friends aren't really into business, is very refreshing and will for sure help u overcome the loneliness ur feeling! Don't let the gurus make think u that u have to cut all those things to "Be succesful", that's BS. Even if you really need to make A LOTTT of sacrifices to be succesful, it's not necessary to completly cut something that litterally all humans need.

I can really resonate myself with you. I'm also from small city. I had few friend, but all of them seems that they want to go to UNI and work 9to5 for someone else and on weekends just party with bunch of different girls, but that life isn't enough for me, I want something better and bigger, because I do believe that nowadays you can earn online and don't need to work for someone else. But yeah I really love your content btw.🙏
