I went into this video thinking if Eli wasn't ranked first, I was gonna riot. Needless to say, I'm a very happy camper. I listen to Yoshino Nanjo's voice on the daily and absolutely loved her role as Kiria in Tokyo Mirage Sessions (an RPG based on idols) cause she slayed every single song of hers in that game.

Theory: -Niji is the perennial solo singer, they would outsung anyone barring Yohane in solo music. -Aqours has the best unit singing, start with Azalea who are mostly covered well with pretty song. It escalated dramatically with GK, the spotlight stealer. -U has the best whole singing, mainly because the songwriter writing for them is too good along with collaboration.

Eli, Yohane, Sarah, and Setsuna might be my overall favorite voices in the whole franchise so I'm glad they're high up in the list. Umi and Rin should be higher though (Rin specially)

9 nico because its just not for me but i do like her deep voice in wild stars 8. nozomis voice is not always my cup of tea but her voice does sound good sometimes 7. hanayo because her old voice is amazing but unfortunately her new voice is way to squeeky 6. kotori because same thing as hanayo 5. rin because her voice is really good in a lot of songs 4. elis voice is so angelic and thats why i like it 3. umis voice is always very good and its just perfect 2. makis voice is definitely one of the best in muse and it sounds incredible 1. honoka because shes my best girl and i personally think her voice is so beautiful especially in her solo songs

I've been listenung to Maki's singles to try to understand why so many people love her voice so much And although I like her voice when she talks, I just can't learn to appreciate her overall nasally voice in a lot of her songs I guess it really just comes down to personal preference...

Ranking the voices by skill can be incredibly hard, some of the girls have a ton of skill but might have stylistic singing or heavily voice-acted voices. Some of the girls are also better at emotional singing than others, while some are held back by their natural vocal tones. I tend to rate the voices based on overall control and vibrato. Flat-toned voices rate lower, and voices struggling to hit notes or having extreme strain will also rate lower. So for instance Chika has insane singing skills, both in emotion and vibrato, but her tone tends to cause people to rate her lower. Kotori also has a really good singing voice, but is very voice-acted in many of her songs. Yoshiko has incredible control in both her high and low range, and Mari easily has one of the best high singing voices, but again heavily voice acted. Our overall opinions vary greatly, but I very much agree with your bottom three.
