ASMR for me is a way to switch off and relax...
On hectic days when I struggle to fall asleep, ASMR definitely helps me unwind, zone out and fall asleep. Who doesn't love a soft, beautiful sound?

It's nice and satisfying and all but the video is going very slow and you don't have to touch the side of a book before turning to a new page
