My gets full charge the headphones say 100% but only with 5 minutes of playtime then it powers off good thing I have warranty still but i had other beats like fit pro that the buds were completely dead and wouldn't charge at all smh

Bought mous super protective case which came with cut out! Thought odd but have used for 2 months and three screen protectors have now cracked by the camera button. This is a design fault imo. I do not like the cut out at all! It totally defeats the object of buying a protective case .

I literally have to have them on max volume to enjoy music when in the gym. Not strong enough bass. Poor sound quality imo Liked the older version way better.

I hate noise cancellation, i still dont understand why people chase something that can potentially cause huge accidents and injuries, you need to be aware of your surroundings

Dude try working out or sweating and tell me those loops around the ear are a bad thing. If other companies would do that I’d definitely buy alternatives. It doesn’t do me any good if I have one in my ear while I’m turning wrenches and one falls out

Got both of them and the power Beats Pro sound better with more bass but they hurt my ears after long usage

These are simply the WORST and I repeat the WORST earbuds I have ever used. These are great at sounds and comfort but they have constant battery and connection issues. Its so bad that I got them as a gift and still want a refund. Absolute trash and horrible product that doesn’t even function at the basic level. Just garbage being sold for $200 at launch. What a scam.

The opening isn't a big deal unless you're on uneven terrain like a trail. And at that point, it should be your screen you're worried about, not the exposed camera button.

Thank you there’s a lot of information. I may have missed the answer to this question which one of the device devices helps the person I’m speaking to on the phone. Eliminate the noise in my background so for example, I’m with other people or kids and there’s a lot of background noise. I’ve got the AirPods Pro two and they do a good job at isolating so I can hear the person But what I’m asking is which is less annoying which does a better job of blocking out my background noise so it doesn’t come through to the people I’m speaking with. I have a lot of skills in life unfortunately, one of them is not the king of conciseness

Worst purchase I ever made. Dude is a liar. They're awful. Lose connection all the time. Sound is poor. Battery charge is sooooo short. Often one of them does not work. Have to sync them all the time. Never again.

Actually the AirPods Pro are horrible also for airplanes. I fly a lot. AirPods Pro have terrible noise cancelling (coming from someone who loves Apple products). For airplane use, better to use Bose earbuds or AirPods Max. Both have amazing noise cancelling and covers low and high tier price range

Reality is, mine will not reset anymore, and the right side is completely dead! I have tried every solution and went to reddit!!!! The over whelming opinion there is that "power beats pro" earbuds are severely flawed for such an expensive item. There are no more solutions left form me....they lasted just over a year of consistent factory resets. DON"T BUY THEM!!!
