B.I the genius 🌟 ,they called him "the next GD" ,he was so talented from his teenage yrs he was writtingn songs.. co wrote or compsed most of ikon's songs to their choreograph ,he even wrote for Winner's and Blackpink's debut song and number of songs for Psy ,Epik High, Lee Hi ,all of the songs were hit songs!! And after coming back as a soloist again with a beautiful songs like- lost at sea,stay, waterfall, cosmos illa illa , nineteen ,midnight blue to many more to his recent new song out BTBT which is bop🔥🔥
근데 홍석이한테 형은 거의 자면 안돼 🙅♀️ 다 가도 형은 나 있을때까지 연습하라고 하는건 결국 한빈이도 안자겠다는거잖아 안무 드렉을 다 봐주는데 그럼 자기가 가장 먼저 나와서 다 숙지 했다는거잖아 ㅠㅠ 결국 누구보다 죽어라 힘들게 노력한 사람이 한빈이잖아 ㅠㅠ 보는 내내 마음이 너무 아팠어

I honestly love this TigerBin look. I fell in love with him because of his personality. This may look like he's rude to others but I do understand him why he was like that. And some may misunderstood him for that. He's real though.

Different leadership styles can work with different groups. Some people thrive in environments where the leadership is "soft", some don't. iKON gained massive success and recognition under Hanbin's leadership, so if the members really had a problem with his attitude and the way he lead, they would have fallen apart much earlier in their career. They would also not be proclaiming to the world how much they respect Hanbin as their leader. They are all grown adults and can think for themselves. If they had an issue with Hanbin, they can speak up about it and I imagine Hanbin would have taken that into consideration to maintain group solidarity in order to achieve their goals. After all, a good leader prioritizes the group before anything else, and a good leader is what Hanbin is.
@@vialactea8037 In addition to this, all the members have agreed that Hanbin has a separate persona while working than compared to while he's with his members in an informal setting. It's part of his work ethic and it's admirable how he's able to be a fun, shy, dumb friend with his members while maintaining a respectable and responsible role in the group work-wise. Plus, he holds himself up to the same standards. He'd master the choreos in advance so he'd be able to guide his member. Even now as a soloist; weather it's dancing, composing or producing - he really puts his all into.
@@frootyfabulous101 Exactly! I’ve always admired how diligent and thorough he is with when it comes to his work, and it’s clear that his strictness is a reflection of that. Also, some people forget that this video is an isolated example of his leadership and was filmed when they were trainees, in a physically and emotionally draining competitive environment. The desire to do well in evaluations and eventually debut is a strong desire for all, perhaps for him the most. If one of his members or the group as a whole does poorly, those negative critiques essentially fall back onto him, hence the ferocity with which he led the group.
