Uhhhh??
Thanks Bro… 👍
For everyone curious about the tires. They’re Falken Wildpeaks.
Truck: finally i can breathe!!!
Hey Jacob, how do i check if my actuator is working properly? My issue is turbo overboost,it goes upto 40 psi at the peaks, and 1 psi idling 9n warm engine. DD15,no codes present
Thank you for the video 👍🏼👍🏼
Get silkriol
What a take off 👏
Use a puller
How do I get my common rail to do this?
Just cut off the catalytic converter and muffler, get a free flowing intake and remove the turbo silencer ring.
Mmmm yummy, I love fruit punch! But maybe not this kind. Been there, done that at least twice in my life so far. I did all the labor myself, so it was just the cost of parts and some downtime on the vehicle. I was backup and running within a week.
That’s the way to do it!
Fruit punch 😂😂😂
Hopefully it all works out for you.
@@ronaldcherrier3205 he’s got a whole new engine that will be here Wednesday I’m going to swing in. That engine has been inframed twice and he doesn’t want to take the risk of trying to just do head gasket or inframe if needed since the block has well over 2 million.
@@Jsdiesel1776 at least he got his mileage out of it
Not what you want😬. The kind of oil cooler you don’t want lol. Keep us posted ☝🏽
That’s right haha.
Thank you your video is very helpful I am currently redoing a 14 L also not much info on the cam
Not what you want lol
Any update on why the def tank header needed to be changed ? Any codes ?
I got a code 3363
If you want your engine to last then you need to lay into at minimum once per month….. to clean that system out….. replace the fuel bowl filter every single oil change, not every 2 oil changes. Oil change with rotella and Mopar filter every 3500 miles. Trust me your engine will last a million or more if you do just this ontop of the regular preventative maintenance 🫡
Safety third lol
This guy knows the drill!!
🤦♂️😩😵🥴💀
Oof😓
No, because I don’t work on junk
What’s your 14L+ engine of choice?
This will crank you up, a VTA903. I drove one back in the 80's for about 10 years in a KW wrecker. @@Jsdiesel1776

Hi, nice quick video ! I have a DD15 with SPN 3659 FMI 5 injector cylinder #1 spill control valve ("amplifier"), circuit open. What does ISC% stands for? Your values are reading 0, mines are -5,-6,-5,0,5,11. Also Injector Code returned values are invalid "??????" for all 6 injectors. I have changed the injector harness, problem still on. Any advice?
Inspect front fuel injector harness 14-pin connector, which you replaced correct? The front of the two harnesses. Next could be failed injector. Next could be engine side harness failure, bad/burnt connector, broken wire, short to ground etc, Worst case scenario Failed MCM (Engine ECM). The ISC% is used to pinpoint a cylinder which is getting close or at its maximum/minimum limit. The limit valves are set to positive (+100) and negative (-100). At the positive value, the MCM software is compensating for an injection rate that is low. Negative is the opposite. Basically tells your if it under or over compensating on that one injector. + or - 5 isn’t bad. Swap injector #1 with #4. See if it follows the injector. If it does. Replace that injector.
Hello @@Jsdiesel1776 I replaced both injector harnesses last week. Today I replaced the injector#1 with a new injector. Engine is running much better, acceleration got back to normal (before I could barely catch speed). Cleared error from pc, didn't clear itself, truck doesn't show it, but computer still reads it (Status changed from red confirmed, active, permanent to just black permanent) . Still Injector Code returned values are invalid for all 6 injectors, not letting me to program the new injector
Thank you@@Jsdiesel1776
@@cristiantoma9386how did you get the trim codes from the injectors? Are you sure you’re putting the proper part numbers and trim codes?
it is broken
You blew a seal in ur silinder
seal is wore out or not there at all
Seal is shot. Had one like that on one of our micro drills.
I think the seal isn't supposed to do that. 😂
Busted ring
I was going to keep watching the video over but it look like the seal that was busted and why it was leaking
terrible 🤦
🤷🏽♂️
The egr cooler that’s against the turbo. It’s on the passenger side and the brick inside gets a hole in it and pressurizes the coolant system.
Blown head gasket is allowing exhaust gases into the coolant passage and pressurizing your system.
Overfilled?
That correct. Just overfilled

There is a driveshaft snugged betwen his wheels. Im not suprised he can sense vibrations
I know what's wrong with it aint got no gas in it
You’re correct

Looks like the yokes are not lined up, correct me if I’m wrong still learning a bit myself.
Correct. It’s not phased properly.
It’s in the tires😬
How much does a full rebuild cost?
$15-20k if done right. Parts and labor
What was the codes that pop up for u to change the def pump?
3363
Having same issue intake pressure high due to waste gate but I have no air leak getting code SPN 3464 FMI 16
Im having the same code/issue. Freightliner replaced my turbo $6500 & still having the same code. Thinking it was this instead

Does this one have 4WD or no? For some reason these 2006-2008 pilots that have 4WD like mine you floor it and it maxes to 5700rpm in first then 2nd it shifts to under 4,000 rpm but this one did the 5700rpm in first gear but in 2nd it stayed over 4,000rpm?!?!
Size tires? And brand? Beautiful truck
Tire setup???
What size tires
I’m getting intake manifold pressure to high, could this be the problem solver?
Did you fix your problem. Having same issue. Intake pressure high do to wastegate
