Italians have passion and commitment, but they're not natural leaders and they lack strategic insight. During the era of Ferrari dominance, it was a German, a Frenchman and a Brit that called the shots; but ever since Ferrari was lead by an Italian, they failed to win a championship. Sometimes they started the season strong, only to fade away during the season.. it happened with Alonso (twice), with Vettel (twice) and now with Leclerc, it's becoming a running gag.

He has 6 or 7 pole and win with 2 on that particular races, he lost by bad strategy, car failure. As a Ferrari Fan i am disgusted of Ferrari right now I've done with their poor strategy.

Ferrari team have ruined there chances to win the championship this year with one of the fastest cars, especially now Mercedes are more competitive. Team personnel need to change as they don’t appear to learn from there mistakes and Mattia never excepts there are issues. Feel sorry for the drivers but they also need to question the team and be very vocal.

The last two races ferrari messed on Tire choices. They messed up last race calling in Carlos to pit because they didn't think the tires wouldn't last and now they did the same with Charles. They thought the tires wouldn't last 30 laps so they went for the hards which every driver on the grid knew would not work. There is clearly a problem with who ever calls the tires changes and their knowledge of tire wear.
