Tools I have acquired over the past 16 months for my electrician Aprenticship
I have a similar kit but all purpose. I love Klein cause they are made in the USA 🇺🇸 and lifetime warranty. I also have southwire and Milwaukee tools as well in my kit. Very handy when needed.
Nice setup brother 👍🏽
Before my grey handles were stolen i specifically used them for receptacles
I prefer separate screwdrivers too. I don't like loosing those small bits inside of boxes.
the Klein racheting stubby is 10 buks the Harbor defreight is 8
well fucking done kid, thank u.
Quinn is a harbor freight brand I didn’t know they had insulated hand tools though
I lost the same bit to my pipe reamer the magnet is garbage.
You should make you boss or company buy your uni bit and blades.
You have the real electrician tester
I agree i bought the freak did not like ether. Klein hybrid
the brown wirenuts from Ideal can be driven using a regular 5/16" nutdriver. very compact, very reachy!
+1 for those multi-mat drill bits: great little emergency kit for all occasions.
Are you union or non?
Gotta respect Klein hand tools, especially being an electrician. I recently decided to pick up a bunch of new hand tools, since my Klein ones are getting rough. I decided to give Knipex a try and oh my goodness! I still use my Klein stuff as well, but Knipex is German top notch quality.I like the fact that you apologized for cussing, even though most of the people here work construction.🤙🤙😂😂
Whats the bag with the hammers
Knipex for the win! Love this pliers. Super reliable and sturdy set of pliers
Screw the tools , props on giving the babies kisses and saying I love you . God bless man , also yes great tool video :)
Hey thanks man! God bless 🙏🏻😃
Those are the best lineman with strippers I have ever use the klein hybrid
Just out of curiosity, what happened to your husky tech bag? Did it not hold up?
Hey sorry yes I still own it and use it as a tool bag at home I just realized I always left it open and I wanted something more open.
nice setup
When you know German , and you laugh at people arguing about German tool brands :)
Khanni-pex! LOL
I use the flip blade insulated screw driver and a 11 in one in my tool bag I have standard shafts however i like to keep my belt light
I’d change your plug tester with a GFCI tester same thing but you can test GFCIs
They may make the best hammers but also the most expensive hammer. Linesman’s
try Martinez titanium hammers... $$$
@@wim0104 haha true dat
Did you get your tools stolen from a jobsite? That sucks, I can't stand thieves.
Lol you have a bunch of useless shit in there
If the screw is coming loose just take some clear nail polish and put it on the screw thrifty man's loctite
Haha “nice to have it in case you need it” yes that makes tour tool bag very heavy. 😂 nice load out!
By the time he’s a journey man he’ll lighten it up and. Maybe remove a few knifes
Try out the rackatiers “crocs” romex strippers.
In my opinion it's worth looking at the snap on wire strippers. I used to break a pair of kleins every 6 months. Snap on is still going strong after 1 year
@phillip perkins yeah and no I don't abuse them. Most of the time they break when twisting stranded around solid. They start ruating after 3 months everywhere they're etched. Again no I don't abuse them and yes I clean and oil them
The snap ons last longer because you’re more gentle with them, because they’re 3x the price. Been there. 😂
Honestly we look at tools different. Instead of $35 a year I paid $55 for my last (unless I lose them) for a 100% replacement. I use these things all day long with my head in a ceiling tile. I put them through everthing.
Jack Hammer my wire strippers from Klein are 4 years old , did you warranty them maybe you got a defective tool
@@bloodsongsToolreviews I attempted to on the first pair but they said I'd need the original receipt. It's the klein kurve grey and red that do it. I've known 2 other people's whose began to rust at the stamping in 6 months just like mine did. All my other klein stuff is fine. I've even got their allen wrenches in the same bag that are well over 5 years old without any issues. Their hybrids like in the video are my go to lineamans. I just don't have any luck with their strippers. I wish the heavy duty ones went to a 22ga stranded. I'd switch back if so. Tbh I run those snap-on strippers through everythingamd my only complaint is they don't cut that Kevlar string in low voltage wires without having to really pull on the string.
Great video, and great set of tools man. All I could see that you might want to get is a set of Allen keys, a #2 square driver, and maybe a set of impact sockets..
Ghost 23 I replaced my #2 square with the Klein tools 132 screw driver it has the slot and a Robbie
