They gave me and my friend Ben a lift in their bus as we hitchhiked to Stonehenge Free Festival in 1984. As they were due to play on the main stage, their lift was the final stage of our mega-hitch from Sheffield, which had taken us across country via Walsall, Birmingham, then the M5 to Bristol, before heading along to Bath, a night in a layby outside Frome, then onwards to the A303.
