I find it sad that athletes today no longer compete naturally and fairly and the excuse you hear is they have the right genetics for performance enhancers or steroids don’t really help make you a better athlete, and I also feel sad for the younger generation with dreams of being the best at whatever sport knowing they will have to become dependent on drugs in order to stand a chance

Sounds like every major sport needs a way to get people to watch, even if it means they're giving up many many years of life through unhealthy and unnatural ways... When Gladiators of Rome competed I'm sure they only cared about the glory in other people's eyes more than their own families.... While North Korea is still in the dark nations compete in sports lol... We are some monsters indeed.
Elite sports should be about being the absolute best at all costs in my opinion. I prefer sports that allow for doping as it's more honest lol even though I'll never do it myself
