I really like your video. The impact was not to breathy. But all the Zumba and any other fitness group video do not take into the people that have copd. Even the videos for cope fitness don't have fun. Yours at least have a touch of fun. I am not sure if I can even do the simple routine that you gave. But I am willing to try. I need the exercise to lose weight and get as fit as I can. I wont let copd keep me from trying. If you can I would like to challenge you to see if you can find a routine for copder's. That would be awesome. Keep up the great work. This from a 77 year old that never thought she would be in this state.
Hello - thank you for commenting. Try some of my other videos too. I believe I have lively routines - that are easy to follow and try not to move too fast so my class doesn’t get winded, or injured.
