White heels and the black purse just pops and pulls it together in my opinion also gives you a more sophisticated look. As you have a dark color (black purse) a light color (white heels) and a nuetral color (the dress). The pink purse detracts from the outfit its a bit too bright and looks a bit childish with the dress and heels and jewelry.
