It's not so hard. Type S is very strong for TLB(true-Aki)'s final attack because it's easy to succeed the special technique called Kouten-Zurashi (which means Light-Point Sliding). In Kouten-Zurashi, we need to move from one side to the other side quickly, so the ship speed is very important factor. Most of people says W is strongest, but some people says S is stronger than W, and I agree with that. The weak point of S is too fast to move precisely, but I could get used to that within a week.

@@AlbertBalbastreMorte Basically you need kill only 1 color enemy in each stage, and red is a good choice in the most of stages. It is the basic 'Chain' system. Sometimes you can use 'Secret Chain' system. You need kill the order as red, blue, yellow, and after that kill only yellow. The other important System is 'Secret Dog Merry'. It is just score, and you find her by using Homing Spread(B+C). The other system is 'Destruction Rate' in bosses. If you break the boss parts, you get score. I recommend you to remember these important systems, and watch the tutorial video.

Sadly you need to finish once on it but on PC it's by default.

R-Gray 0 is available after the arcade mode all clear. Similarly, R-Gear is available after the extra mode all clear.

105,280,970 is the highest in Xbox 360 Mode leaderboard (no replay), and 74,336,140 is the highest in Arcade Mode (Fighting Thunder ME-02). The second highest in Xbox 360 Mode is Raiden Mk-II. The leaderboard has only overall rankings, so I don't know what ships people play mostly. There is Boss Rush Mode on Xbox 360. I would be glad if these information helps you!

It is just a timeout of the battle time limit. If this stage 4 boss's life decreases enough, the attack method will be changed to shooting extremely very fast bullets. This insane attack was too hard for me, so I was always waiting the timeout. Unfortunately, however, I failed to avoid the lasers just before the timeout in this video.

No, I don't have overkill because I think it is very similar game to Xbox 360 version.

@@amenotsuki8537 Ahh, it really is. different scoring system and some enemy location swaps but you're right. The 2 mission stages have unique enemies though. I kinda want mikado tho

@@EMMA-GAMES Thanks for your information. I didn't know the detail differences of the overkill mode. I know Mikado ver. has the new cool arranged BGMs, although it seems other game contents are the same as the overkill. I'm actually a little interested in the overkill, but there are many other shmup games I want to clear, so I'm sorry it is hard for me to play it soon.

The Mikado ver IS cool and prob the best, I wish I had a switch. There are too many good games! SDOJ is amazing as fuck, to put it lightly. Whatcha looking to clear next?

@@EMMA-GAMES I agree 9 stages per loop is too long. SDOJ is my most favorite game! I like characters, music, voices, designs... and everything! Now I'm trying to clear KOF Sky Stage.
