    Thanks for this info! Especially about the questionnaire. What do you suggest for follow up for payment before consultation. Often we decide on a date that we reserve until we receive it but we don't know what to do if we don't get it in the first 24 hours. whats the best way to follow up?

    I love your comments on #3 about charging retail pricing! I totally agree with you. There are some coaches out there suggesting we be totally transparent. Not that should be interpreted as being sneaky, but it does cause a sense of entitlement to your designer price. I’ve been told to markup so profit margin is at least 45%. But retail makes it so much easier. You wouldn’t ask a restaurant how much they marked up the lettuce for your salad! So much goes into a designers final price and what other service levels a designer offers.
