I wrote an email to epic games they barley responded to me and they said “since you haven’t responded we are marking this case as closed” again this is my FIRST email from them I made the complaint on sept 1st they barely responded today on the 4th already closing my case and sending crappy instructions a bunch of TH-camrs have made that only puts me in a circle of getting nowhere with linking my psn account back to my Xbox and unliking my automatic forced xbox account that epic and xbox fills in for you with no information on how to access the account leaving you in a dead end

It’s trying to make me make a new account then says u can’t use this email it’s already used which is my own but also for my Xbox when I click on Xbox like I said just makes me create a new account

Mine didn't link it because it Said it was already linked and now it won't let me even try and switch accounts( I don't even have an xbox bit I have an account for when I do get one)

When I sign in with my PlayStation account it just says email address needed which is stopping me from finding the default account created I’ve put in every email address I can that I have made accounts with even my login for the PlayStation but it still isn’t working pls help

when i click xbox when on the fortnite epic page its telling me to log into epic with a email i dont have!?

When i try to login with xbox it ask for my epic games email?
