I've been using DCBS for years now and I have never had an issue with them. Love the discounts too. I recently received my latest order and was very impressed with their new shipping boxes. Books are held within a cardboard well now. I would love to order some shipping boxes like those but they won't tell me where they got them...yet!

yeah this is all they ever do. They can't manage the sands of the sea so they have their 5 steps to fix things and throw it back on the shipper. Bad drivers, I have labels with my current and old address on the tiny label and the drivers routing app send them to my old address and been on w Fedex 30 times. Going to stop buying anything at WalMart now just to avoid FedEx

This just happened to me today i ordered an electric heater from home depot and this fedex crappie company delivered to a different house and they said it was shipped to me and doesn't wants to take responsibility for and home depot don't care either 🤬🤬🤬

Simple solution, be like Amazon. Take a picture of the item and my front door, then hits item delivered! So I know that you dropped it at my house and not neighbor's! FedEx never learned!

Whenever I see that fedex is “delivering” my package. I know right away that I will not get it ever. Not get it late. EVER! In three months three out of three of my packages that were supposed to be delivered by them were not. FU fedex

Fed Ex are notoriously bad here in the UK, they need investigating, their drivers steal packages, they leave them on the front garden, its disgusting

Very disconcerting! Gone are the days of FedEx's business integrity and reliability. I too have the exact scenario and just opened a claim for a package marked delivered, but it was not. Going forward, I will think twice about buying from businesses using FedEx for deliveries.

Fedex sucks I had two packages that were four days late

I had a package show as delivered but never was delivered to my house. After waiting two weeks I filed a claim on my loss package. One week later they denied my claim. None of my neighbors have had any packages delivered. So don’t use FedEX I’m out of $75.00. Plus $14.95 shipping. I can’t believe this happened again this same week. This time FedEX delivered this package to a neighbors house leaving it on the hood of his truck. Again Don’t use FedEx.

Just happened to me yesterday. Either delivered to the wrong house or left it too close to the street instead of my front door and it got stolen. Claims it was left at my front door but my yard is big and fenced in, no animals. They always claim to leave it at the door but they just drop it in the driveway. FedEx sucks!!!

That happened to me too. But I was home, and FedEx guy never came. The chame the seller never investigated, and I lost $250. eBay protected the seller and closed the case. eBay is as guilty as FedEx. Later I found out same driver got fired, because I was not the only one he ripped off. But again FedEx is responsible, and as bad as the FedEx drivers, FedEx employs
