Been waiting for this one. Was too excited to wait for my kit so I made it with a slightly smaller white howlite bead from a precious TB shopping-fest 😂
Love this design. This will be the first ring I have ever made! I'm going to make blue and pink rings for my two granddaughters. They will love them! Thank you Natalie.
Hi Natalie. I'm sure we have met. Have you been to Skem College or the Co-op bank? I'm Rob Cross (i was a lecturer there) My wife Diane watches you all the time and we have bought lots. You give such expert demos.
@@Robertonnz hi Rob, no not Skem but I did work on education for a while before making jewellery so there's a good chance our paths have crossed at open days or training or something perhaps? What subject did you teach? Thank you for being so kind and thank you to you and Diane for your support!

I'm rewatching as I guess fb was playing up and had a few issues with TH-cam, but looks like the video is playing well, so no interaction for me today, I'll just watch and enjoy
Finally got round to making these amethyst ones, got the,for mum for Mother’s Day, she saw them and liked them! Only just got round to making them, I was surprised at how well they came up! You make it look easy I didn’t think they would be as easy as that! Mega chuffed! Only took me 72 mins for the pair! That included scan watching the tutorial then going back bit by bit. Love it 😊😊😊
I'm so sorry for the technical issues! When there's slight tension/weight on either side the byzantine chain weave will all lock into place and sit nicely. I made a wrapped loop bead to dangle from the bottom using a ball pin and this can hang from the bottom of the earrings or pendant
Oh an interesting make this one, funny I sketched a design not unlike the start of this! Trying to see if I could get a closed jumpring to hang flat ie horizontal to the ground hung on chain to then attach lots of micro crystal dangles on the ring all the way round at different lengths, not got it to work yet but maybe you can use the idea ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
The clasps you use - did you realise they are perfect for stacking necklaces and prevent chains from tangling. Just add a jumpring and a lobster to each hole in one side and then you’re done. Works a treat. 😊😊😊. My fav cutters the Beadsmith heavy duty thanks to TB and a Natalie video, another tool to have is memory wire loopers which are mega strong for making loops in memory wire, though I did manage to bend mine 😂😂😂 but saved my usual pliers! 😊😊😊
@@NataliePattenJewellery INTERESTING lol!! In between lovely! We head off in caravan on Thursday - badly needed - will drop you a email! From stat of March we have had nothing but “problems”! 😳❤️ but the humans and 4-paws are all “healthy” So to speak!!! Just stressed!
Hi Nat, love this, missed the live!, managed to damage my shoulder ligaments AGAIN! 🙄 ❤❤ hubby is cleaning the oven for me and I’m shut in the living room so:the chemical doesn’t go for my chest! 😊😊
Oh PhoenixCreations you poor thing, how have you managed that? Dancing, weight lifting or beading!? At least you got out of oven cleaning 😏😄 every cloud I suppose!

@@rowanmcnay aww amazing! Sorry it got pushed back and rescheduled.
Not at all. Was a fun one to wait for. I can see lots of excuses for give these as gifts!
Sound issues fixed at 4min in, prior to the demonstration starting.
Oohh lovely make nat - I’ve used those hearts before for a frozen themed set of curtain tie backs believe it or not lol 😊😊
Beautiful ❤
Is there a way to make the same number of wraps on each side?
@@katcasey3785 yeah I'm sure you could try it. Three wraps just worked for me with the centre of the bead hole as I brought the wire through it again.
Ooh can’t wait to catch up on this one! It looks lovely 😊
Sandra here from Washington state USA. It's hot 104😊
@@sandradanforth8524 wow thats incredibly hot! Hope you're able to keep cool, indoors making preferably! 😏
This is a beautiful necklace and the pastel purple looks silver-ish/blue-ish. Can you use fire line or wild fire for this instead of polyester thread
@@kellytomic5372 As long as you can tie a knot in it, I think any thread would work 👍

Where did you get your pliers from?
I think these are beadsmith ones. My pliers that I usually use are xuron.
Oh no, what was you saying at the end of the video? It just cut off, but it seemed you were just about to give a really good tip.
