An eye-opening project (Kacper in the Lab)
มุมมอง 576ปีที่แล้ว
Kacper says: "I'll be honest - this project sucks. I attempted to give my rover a dose of personality by attaching my own DIY eyes and it backfired. I'll share my honest journey, showcasing the ups and downs of this "experiment". While the results may not be perfect, they give it this "unique charm" that adds character to the rover. Part 2: Giving the turret a gift of sight (Kacper in the Lab)
มุมมอง 348ปีที่แล้ว
Kacper says: "Me not adding a camera to this thing in the first video was an obvious oversight. I have fixed the problem this time and used the video feed for human recognition. The turret is even more scary now, especially with the janky movement due to rather low human recognition framerate and bad controller logic. Part 1: Adding NERF to shoot coworkers (Kacper in the Lab)
มุมมอง 812ปีที่แล้ว
Kacper says: "Look, I don't know what I'm doing, but i want to build a NERF turret to shoot my coworkers. I do not have a lot of experience with software and electronics. I want to use this project as a way of learning about a bit more about them. When the whole thing becomes at least barely usable I will explain in detail how it works and why it was designed in such a way. As of right now you'...

Only 925 subscriber? Nooo waaay, this content worth moreeeee
The coding part was done in which language?
Depends upon the microcontrollers used
@SmoothProg is it python??
try locking the left rear wheel and allowing the the front left wheel to spin freely or rotate at a lower rate than the left rear wheel [the device needs forward movement to accomplish the move ]
Hi i really like the project you maded . İ am starting doing the same kind of robot . How you make it autonomous . İs there any lidar in it.
Można gdzieś same te kółeczka kupić ?
I am watching your video from Bangladesh, I had a lot of desire to make robots but in our country there is no good quality robot making factory or educational institution for making robots.Lots of love and prayers for you 🇧🇩🎉
nice thing, but 5500EUR pricetag for assembled device is kinda insane.
hello Leo Rover team! I'd like to ask on how the robots body stays upright? It confuses me because wouldn't its body tip over, dragging its body around against the ground while it drives?
Haha
Sir I lov3d your design and work can you please tell me how did you program it without connecting the rover to the computer
Thats soo cool
It looks amazing!!
Hi, your work is very good. In which book can I find information about the design of the rocker system?
I have seen nasa has a page dedicated to the design of rocker system
This was a fun video!
Awesome work 🎉🎉🎉
NB
is it made of plastic or metal ?
both
Какую камеру вы используете?
Hey buddy I have an idea for this feature.... Back 2 wheel in same front direction and 1 front wheel in backward direction hence the side wheel will be apposing each other for nice stop or grip no need to add tap on surface it will be successful on every surface I think so 😊
Just recently discovered Leo Rover. Really loving the videos.
Very cool project
BRO YOU KILLED HIM WTF!? how is this allowed on youtube, this is literally just murder
Can we use RPi4 with NVIDIA computer at the same time? It seems a network switch is used to connect them together is that true?
Hi, yes - exactly. In the ERC setup we used a Mikrotik switch to connect them together
haha, fajne!
Better to invest time on drones
Extremely cool
I want to teach my three homeschool kids (and myself) robotics with this guy.
Definitely not water proof and not as resilient as they show. Good ad.
Actually you can drive in water with the rover, but still based on what do you say so?
5k for this kit is way way way too much! A bunch of 3d printed parts and simple metal folded plates...
Thanks for the opinion. Tbh given the 3d models are open to the public you can build it on your own. We had some member of the community succesfully reproducing the rover, not sure what was the cost though.
Hello LeoRover Team, Please help to clarify: 1. Raspberry pi is flashed with Ubuntu 20.04 not raspberry OS ? 2. Can I use Some other controller instead of Ubuntu (another flashed with Ubuntu 20.04 based on ARMv8) ? Obviously similar RX/USB/Camera interfaces as raspberry pi ?
Hi, so regarding the questions: 1. It's Ubuntu 20.04 + ROS Melodic, Raspbian doesn't really work well with ROS. 2. You meant 'instead or Raspi', right? Yes, you can. For ex. you can check how the image is built on Github and reproduce that for any other SBC. There sure will be some issues to overcome, but everything should be doable. But as well, if you need more power, you can just put any other computer on top of the rover and connect via Eth to the core RaspberryPi.
Super pomysł na prezentację! :)
Good way of thinking :)
This quick review made my cheeks warm
Cóż za cudownie profesjonalnie naukowe białe kaloszki! :)
Which ROS controller is used? Differential Drive with skid configuration or 4 wheeled steering controller or another?
It's our own Leocore controller www.leorover.tech/documentation/leo-core It has differential drive, but each wheel is driven independently.
Hi super cool! I have voted for this robot and developer in ROS AWARDS 2022.Good Lucky!
Thanks! :)
Les pneus sont à l'envers.
The futur is the changement .
finally updates for the little rover
Beautiful strong rigid and cute design
The stuff cool enough but you need convince to people your inventions are useful.. About the presentation need more confidence.. I love your invention
i want one
were can I buy this robot
Here :D www.shop.leorover.tech , or at our distributors (Robotshop, Generation Robots..)
Is this maze built from a CAD file?
We actually built his one improvising, but there was a 3D file produced of that after the build to make it easier to navigate.
@@leorover6230 So the Rover has no feedback from the environment?
Prawie jak Isotopium Chernobyl.
I wanted to know what kinda motors and wheels you used? Also more about the suspension system
Hi, sorry for no info. The wheels are custom made for the Rover (shop.leorover.tech/collection/main-page/turtle-wheel-module) and we use Buehler motors with planetary gears + encoders there. The suspension is a double bogie system, 4-wheeled version of JPL's rocker-bogie. Cheers! - Szymon
