Something nobody mentions is that Boruto is blatantly faster than Ishikki. Like Ishikki physical movements are at least visible to naruto and sasuke at any given point and they can perceive them just not physically react. However every time Boruto has fought someone stronger than Naruto and Sasuke by a wide margin he has moved so fast at times they don't even know where he could have went. There's also the fact that Kawaki has ishikki karma mark and has significantly more potential than Code and is still fodser to Boruto in base. I'd argue Base Boruto right now probably already beats Ishikki and with karma in the future does no doubt in my mind.

I can't with this enemy. Just ridiculously strong and they just get stronger with no way to beat them. The OGs are nerfed in power and the new ones can't ever catch a break. Loved Naruto. Boruto, however, is plucking my nerves!😢

I unironically would put Zetsu over Hidan. Here’s why (tldr at end): Hidan is above a leaf Jonin like Asuma, but gets defeated by the combined efforts of Asuma and Shikamaru. Hidan does appear to have a good showing against Kakashi, but as you stated, Kakashi was fatigued already and had multiple of kakuzu’s hearts after him at the same time. For zetsu, they can split apart from each other and I mainly want to focus on black zetsu, as white zetsu is really only chunin level. Black Zetsu has wood release, and went to try and attack all the nations’ daimyo, and was confronted by Mei, Chojuro, several leaf Jonin, and some other random ninja from different villages. Black Zetsu was kinda whooping them with his wood release, and the ninja were hard carried by Mei and surprisingly Chojuro, which is when he truly started to shine using Hiramekarei. Black Zetsu was also able to grab KCM1 Naruto’s ankle and cause him to miss his rasenshuriken, but I’m not gonna be disingenuous and say black zetsu scales anywhere near him 💀. Definitely a similar but more extreme case of Edo Itachi, where it’s pretty clear Naruto isn’t really going all out speed wise or any other stat + is not at full strength due to having so many clones out. They were mid conversation with their taijutsu exchange so it’d kinda be silly if Naruto were to just blitz Itachi right there anyway. Even just by their matchups, I feel like black zetsu does scale higher than Hidan, due to black zetsu going against 10+ chunin up to kage level ninja although defensively, vs Hidan losing to two Jonin. I really just can’t see Hidan avoiding zetsu’s wood release, especially if he gets wrapped up at all, we can easily reintroduce white zetsu which I’ve been ignoring and he can use his little spore technique to grow off of Hidan and suck out his chakra. White zetsu can also just clone himself to further distract Hidan in order to grab him with wood release. I’d say both are high jonin level, with Hidan being on the lower end and Zetsu (both halves) being more-so the middle-upper range. Tldr: Hidan is defeated by two Jonin, where Black zetsu goes against over 10 chunin-kage level ninja. White zetsu can easily suck out his chakra if black zetsu can get Hidan with wood release, which is surprisingly strong as shown by the Black zetsu vs Mei and Chojuro fight. White zetsu can also clone himself to overwhelm Hidan. Both are high Jonin level, but Zetsu scales a bit higher imo. Other than this, solid list, and I agree that Orochimaru and Kisame are pretty interchangeable, though I personally would give the edge to Kisame.

Itachi, obito and nagato are a 3 way deadlock. I beleve nagato counters obito with shared vision and volume of jutsus. Obito only can phase and warp nagato counters that. But i do believe itachi can beat nagato because sheer volume isnt going to stop itachi. He has different moveset than obito. Obito cant take down animal summons while amatersu burned them down and negates shared vision which makes nagato's lack of mobility a easy pickings weaakness. Its makes him exposed to someone who is faster and smarter and can seal him. But i dont believe itachi beats obito, he doesnt gave the moveset to counter obito fully, i mean he can avoid being warped in but i don't think he can last long enough to kill obito due to stamina/illness obito would just outlast him

The only part of the list I have an issue with is kakuzu above deidara and Sasori. There’s some simple direct scaling that supports kakuzu actually being quite a bit weaker than the other two. Basically, naruto while fatigued was able to catch kakuzu off guard and out speed him enough to land an attack. Kakuzu was as on guard against naruto as he could’ve been at the time, as he saw the first rasenshuriken and decided he had to avoid it at all costs. This same naruto admits inferiority to the sasuke he met at Orochimarus hideout. This version of sasuke packed up team 7 so badly tsunade assumed the only way he could be so powerful would be with the help of ninja PED’s. This sasuke would go on to receive even more training before absorbing orochimaru and becoming even stronger. This buffed sasuke only barley managed to defeat deidara even with a chakra nature advantage. Granted that kakuzu was already missing 2 hearts when he fought naruto, but then you would have to make the argument that the 2 hearts would account for the same difference of power between naruto and sasuke at the time. But even then, I think most would agree that 2 more hearts wouldn’t have made the difference between surviving the rasenshurikan. Other than that, the list is solid. Especially the respect on konan.

So kisame and oro is such a hard debate.

I think people don’t understand that the akaustki don’t scale far from each other. They all have abilities that hard counters

I appriciate you pointing out how close the mid akatsuki are (Kisame, Kakuzu, Sasori, Deidara) and where they're placed depends on how you're scaling i.e. peak Kisame or base Kisame. I'd have Sasori and Deidara > Kisame and Kakuzu. In a group of 9 members (excluding Obito) Kisame states Deidara was one of their stronger members. He would need to at least be #5 and we know Pain and Itachi are stronger, along with Sasori whom Deidara admits inferiority to.

FINALLY SOMEONE WHO GIVES SASORI RESPECT I keep telling people he let himself lose if he ad dodge the fight would’ve been longer I wish he wasn’t killed off early but some fillers make up for it

I also think when deidara said “ sasori is stronger than me” if we look at the context it shows that he was trying to trick Kakashi into helping Sakura so he could fight Naruto in a 1v1. This is also support as we seen Sakura reacting to sasori and even sasori himself is mad in his mind wondering why he can’t put her down. Deidara should scale low relative to sasuke while Sakura has 0 relatively to heibi sasuke. I say low relativity bc sasuke is outright out scales dediara and dediara and to get in the Air to even combat sasuke.

I agree with zetsu being last but saying that “ kakashi and edo minato could wipe him out in 2 seconds” I mean those same 2 guys are would slam any member if they doubled teamed them

Imo kisame would pack up orochimaru more times than not. But aside from that, that’s a pretty good list.

I would give Sasori the edge over Kakuzu due to how smart he is, his lethal poison, and the fact that we couldn’t see his other Human puppets with justsu which amount to 297 other than the third kazekage. And the third kazekage’s iron sand is very versatile from defence to offence, and he can switch his core to other puppets if his body is damaged beyond repair. What do you think ?

Imo Pain Orange mask obito Itachi Kisame Konan(she did defeat Sasori without that much trouble cuz she didn't seem fatigued at all and almost killed obito W prep time ) Orochimaru (lost to Sasori tho he was holding back and got easily beat by itachi even tho he had prep time ) Deidara (push sasuke to his limit and sasuke > than the whole team 7 who could single handedly keep up or outperform everyone below him) Sasori Kakuzu Zetsu(expirence) Hidan (aid himself he's the weakest)

I don’t agree with a few of the orders but I’d say you did a good job portraying most of the members (maybe Konan but it’s always a pain in the ass to place her) and not being excessively unfair or biased against most of them, keep it up 👍🏻

Good list. I disagree with a couple placements but I can see the reasoning behind them. And right on about this being your opinion. It's a complete myth that powerscaling is objective. It can be sometimes, but 90% of the time it's heavily based on interpretation and which route you take. The important thing is just making those routes consistent.
