It has a boost port and no, I haven't found pilot jets for the PZ 19. If I can't tune it with that carb, I'll use a PHBG 19, that I have on the YD100👍🏾😁

@ I like the pz19 you can tell the motor did too just couldn’t find pilots I tried making my own but that didn’t work out too well

Most likely I'll run another carb on it because it just doesn't respond well to any of the changes I've been trying but I'll keep you updated 👍🏾😁

@mybikes1970 Looks like the Puch Maxi, I saw a guy in Wisconsin 2 yrs ago found a mint punch maxi for only $100 (that bastard 😡) I really like the Puch Magnum mopeds. They look like mini cafe racer motorcycles. One model of Magnum had a 2 or 3 speed cable shift...I want a light 2 stroke engine but sadly a 125cc or 150cc 4 stroke would be much better suited for long 55 mph road trips.

The 40:1 mix was just for 1 top speed test, just to see if it made a difference (it didn’t)I used 24:1 for the first 1000 miles on that jug before I switched to 32:1. Thanks again for the tips 👍🏾😁

@ so you’ve got over 1000 miles on your phantom 85? Mine has around almost 200 I would say theoretically.

Over 1000 miles using a wrist pin bushing! The secret is don't ride it too hard and let it cool off as often as possible 👍🏾😁

@ i see, I use mine as a practical vehicle. And I ride around town with it doing about 20 25 mph screaming somewhere around 9000 to 10,000 RPMs I’m assuming can’t really tell. But I can feel it when the vibration smooth but if I push the bike, I can feel the vibrations get really heavy. That’s when I know I’m over revving it or over speeding. The issue I have with this engine is unbalanced crank.

B8HS or nothing, NOTHING at all. 5510 and make sure isn't the counterfeit ones.

@leonardarola As you probably already know. The non resistor B8HS can cause electric ⚡ interference to things like an rpm gauge and digital speedometer....The BR6HS plug with a resistor still had plenty of spark/wasn't any slower. The BR8ES is only $3 so....

@michaelbrinks8089 B8HS, spark of the Gods. No gauges no electronics, simple electric circuitry here; mag, coil, cdi, spark plug.

@@mybikes1970 Hey if you get bored, check out the 1960s Honda RC116 racing motorcycle 🏍️.....It was a 50cc 4 stroke (twin cylinder) 4 valves per cylinder. That made over 21,000 rpms and went 110+ mph thanks to it's 9 speed gear box ⚙️ It has wheels and tires very similar to what I want for a stealth 55 mph motorized bicycle.
