This is my acoustic version of the 3rd song off my debut solo album called "The Colouring." This song, so far, has been the most difficult song I've translated to acoustic. The album version has 1 guitar, and 4 different synth parts. So, I cheery picked the synth parts I wanted to use, and naturally, played them on a twelve string ;)

Absolutely awesome. Tight and true to the original, recorded song. This is not an easy band to do vocally and you guys did a great job!! I've always liked playing this song on my acoustic. It translates well, it has a nice ring.

In some ways the "Hysteria" album was tough to reconcile with, based on my fondness for "On Through the Night", "High 'N Dry" and "Pyromania". It was quite the departure and put the band into uncharted territory or should I say charted territory, since everything on that album was designed for FM radio. Having said that, I can't deny "Hysteria's" importance, as it was for all intents and purposes an album which became one huge video montage while I was a junior in high school. The nostalgia regarding this record has never gone away. Though I didn't want Def Leppard to write beautiful songs back in 1987, they did. Bravo Dorian on this wonderful acoustic version!
