Bonjour! Bienvenue chez France with Véro. I am a French native from Toulouse who relocated to France in 2019, after more than twenty years in the United States.
A creative multitasker, I've shared my love of Paris, France and French culture on social media for over a decade.
An experienced content creator, tour guide and adult educator, I draw on a diverse skillset when I share content online. My goal? To bring glorious sights, informative commentary, and a native's perspective to viewers.

French and Entrepreneur: Le Triptyque (Episode 6)
Welcome to Episode 6 of our video series “French and Entrepreneur” introducing business owners, artisans and artists - and some of my favorite addresses in La Belle France.
Video in French. English subtitles.
🍷 🍷 🍷
Meet Nicolas, owner of "le Triptyque" (formerly "Bibo Vino Tours")
Nicolas and his team, charming and knowledgeable Clémentine et Marine welcome locals and visitors in the heart of "le Vieux Tours" (Tours' historic neighborhood) at "le Triptyque."
What is "le Triptyque?" A "cave à manger," a cozy place where one comes to enjoy French wines with delicious, easy food: cheese and charcuterie boards, "tartines," salads and more.
Wine flights. "Bibs" (boxed wines.) "Carafes" -- Here, wine rules supreme and there's quite a bit to learn from Nicolas in this 20-minute interview.

"Pommes Tapées" A Loire Valley delicacy
มุมมอง 6973 หลายเดือนก่อน
When the phylloxera (an insect pest from North America) obliterated a large part of French and European vineyards Loire Valley residents had to become entrepreneurial to survive. Apples (and pears) were plentiful: They figured out a way of preserving them and marketing them ensuring their economic survival, at least until vineyards and wine making returned after WW1. Troglodytic dwellings were ...

Watching and thanks for sharing
Used to love to watch the fireworks at the end of the bridge, while they shot them from behind the château. As a kid from a small town, we thought it was the greatest thing. Loved staying here with my French grandparents.
Loved this video. My mother is from Saumur and it brought back so many memories for me when we would visit our grandparents every summer.
Wow!!! That’s a lot of rum!
Bon ap à tous! 😊
What a country
In France when they pour alcohol 🍸 over a drink 🍸 they leave the bottle for you to use more if you like❤
Et oui. Quelle chance ;-)
My favorite 😋😋
I miss Paris baguettes 😋
A lovely little visit, thank you!
I just watched this again and enjoyed it as much the 2nd time in anticipation of my upcoming visit to Tours. I’m so bummed I missed the Street Experience last month. 😭 I’ll keep in on my calendar for next year. What a fun video, Véro!
These exhibitions of "modern wannabe art" in such a place are a sacrilege. This ugliness has no place in such a sacred place. Like the "modern art" horrific pieces in Versailles, ans so many other French cultural landmarks. France has become completely degenerated. What is this need to impose ugliness and twisted "art" in every historical and cultural landmark? Et je suis francaise!
Thank you for making videos about Paris which are so rare because you aim the subject on the city not yourself. That makes you a rare treasure on TH-cam!
Merci beaucoup ❤
You’re such a good tour guide! I’m moving to Nord in a couple of weeks and am so excited to see that in person. What a lovely city!
Good 😮 Präsentation of the history of the chateau d,'Angers
Vous etes Quebecois?
Merci du partage
So beautiful
fajna nuda.
Great episode for this cheese-lover (and former employee of Kraft Foods - I know, not real cheese, right?).
Wow, just spectacular!
Yummmm
Mon mari and moi vient à Tours l'année prochaine des états-unis. On va rester dans un Airbnb en Vieux Tours. J'adore le fromage de chèvre, et j'aimerais bien visiter France Fromages! Merci pour la vidéo!🐐❤
c est chez moi,et j aime ;pour toi aussi ma soeur
Merci! Fun and interesting!
Happy to hear it Cindy.
What an interesting lesson on a business in Tours! Thank you and the owners of Triptique for educating us on his business. Sounds like a wonderful place to spend some time and explore the options, especially wine and chocolate!!! Thanks Vero for introducing us all to another artisan in your fair city!
It's my great pleasure to get the word out about Tours. The city deserves it!
Merci beaucoup !!! 🌹 very nice visit, comments and music ❤
Merci Vero for introducing us to Le Tryptique. A novel concept. Interesting to learn about the bag in box. I appreciate the translation.
Avec plaisir Madame June.
Really enjoy this series. Merci, Véro!
Thank you for watching Stephanie.
Véro, I just re-watched your beautiful Amboise video. Within the chapel, where Rembrandt is buried, there are fleur de lit tiles all around. It appears to me the fleur de lit tiles are upside down. Am I correct? Can you explain this. Merci.
A wonderful way to learn a little bit of french. Merci beaucoup pour ca ... 😋👍
Teachers will teach... Tour guides will guide... Thank you for stopping by.
Thank you for another interesting look and conversation with the owner of this Tours business. I laughed when you called it "jug wine" and he said he preferred to use "carafe." Bon chance to him and his wife for many more years of success.
I called it "a pichet" which is a common term in French restaurants but I must admit "Carafe" sounds more elegant ;-)
Also, the captioning is really nicely done and easy to read for those of us needing it!
Wonderful to hear. Thank you for the feedback
What a great concept for a restaurant! Sounds like such a great place to visit with friends to enjoy and try different wines. Wish we could be there!! Thanks again for a great video lesson/tour!
Having been there with friends, I can guarantee "le Triptyque" is a great place to be in Tours.
great concept! and i learned so much about box wine 🍷 who knew there were so many benefits?!? thanks once again véro 😊 your time and labor intensive translations are very much appreciated merci!!
I learned too Cat! I must confess I have enlisted help with translations, lucky me!
Another wonderful French and Entrepreneur episode...and another place to add to my list for a return visit to Tours! I love the concept of this wine cave!
You'll know where to go for a nice glass of wine!
The "arm" of a river is called a tributary, Véro.
fantastique très intéressant. (and i said "Wow" right before you did and laughed when you laughed. which just made me smile!)
Love this!
pardon my spelling: le Triptyque!
You are forgiven. I've done this a couple times myself too.
