With strangers. Depend on how many ppl taking the same car. If the card fits for 3 pax and you have another 2 friends, meant you will carpool with your friend. If you are alone. Then maybe strangers. If van, the capacity may bigger then will have more strangers. So its depends. Carpool normally around $30 per pax. You may try. Its quite convenient. ☺️ Hope it helps.
