I’ve been using the number 3 toner for so long and love it, but I wanted to change and tried their number 1 toner and wish I never did lol… My skin turned soooo dry, bumpy, red, angry. Went back to toner bumber 3 but my skin is still struggling 😢 UGH.

You can say it out loud or you can say it inside of your head. the best time to do this is right before bed when you’re feeling drowsy and also the first thing you do when you wake up. Continue your affirmations until you reach a state of knowing… Like you already know you have it. You will know when you get there. 🫶🏻

I just used the conditioner for the first time and yes, the scent is just so lovely....Not on overpowering, like a nice perfume, somewhat powdery, just a tad, and clean indeed..It did also leave my hair very soft and had bounce as well...I need to try the full system...

To stop my hair fall, I began using a soft silk pillow case to sleep on. I also applied liitlextraa cocooionn nourishing shampoo and hair oil. These changes helped me lose less hair. After a couple of months of applying them every day, my strands stopped falling out completely.

Hi! I use it as directed on the bottle, damp towel dried hair out of the shower, and when I just do my roots I only use a quarter bottle since I don't have many grays 🫶🏻
