Is Salting Steak Overnight Worth It?
มุมมอง 1.5K3 หลายเดือนก่อน
Welcome to FoodCrafts, a channel all about cooking the best food that can in the kitchen. Come on in and relax while we craft the best food in the world. Today's video and my first ever video is about salting steak. Many times while I scavenge the food net, I've noticed steak videos recommend salting steak hours prior to cooking. I've personally never had the time myself to do such advance prep...
How did you get steak from a piranha
Wow it really does look tender. Cool, I can file that under the list of meat I can eat without my dentures☺️ I am serious. Dentures prevent one to experience the full flavor of foods.
About 10 years almost nobody had ever heard of Picanha outside Brazil. Now it's becoming famous everywhere. We love it so much here in Brazil, the best Picanhas are even a symbol of status to have at your barbecue.
No poking holes. Most recipes say poking holes allows the crispiness.
Oh yeah slice that meat
Damn man this looks so good. Perfect cook on that steak
imagine how amazing this channel will be once it grows if this is the quality at 150 subs
awesome video! I'm going to be trying this soon! Earned a sub!
bro this feels so professional i thought this channel had millions of subs, def keeping this in mind when making pork belly next time
Awesome 👍 I'm definitely going to try this next time I get my hands on some pork belly
Didn't realise I was watching a small channel. Great video quality and editing. Food content is always enjoyable to watch. Hope to see future content here
Agreed. Really well done!
you really amaze me with how much access to meat you have
me and my little friend really enjoyed watching this :)
Fortunately for me, they do sell picanha at my local supermarket
Great char
Solid video, nice to see a new creator. You asked, so I will give some feedback. Steak videos usually go on about letting the steak rest after seasoning to "dry brine" it or whatever, so maybe comment on whether or not you are doing that/why or why not.
You should check out my first video where I did a dry brining experiment. Found out I prefer my steaks salted and immediately tossed on the grill.
excelente picanha, cavalheiro. Meu devolveu a confiança necessária pra fazer picanha em casa, é sempre possível.
I added you to my playlist the recipe looks great thank you very much
GREAT FRY
Thanks for the lesson that looks delicious
As a Brazilian, you nailed that. Picanha steak is definitely my favorite thing to eat at a barbecue, it pairs perfectly with pão de alho (garlic bread) so you should really give it a try! Great video!
algorithm knocked it out of the park. great video, reminds me of old binging with babish
You are a meat master
The char 🤤
Why would you cook a steak at anything other than medium rare? 😂😂😂
As a man who can handle spice more than the average individual, can we get a spicy chicken sandwich video

I loved seeing this experiment play out in real life! 80/20 gang
any kind of meat is great in my mouth
70/30 all day. At first I thought it would be too much but upon taste it immediately had a very restaurant like taste to it. Anything higher than 85 is hockey puck territory
