Active cooling for that devices is obviously a good thing, but... when you install devices upside down the hot air cannot run away from electronics (chips, internal radiators, condensers etc.) to the top and the internal components are suffering from heated air. So, I would recommend to reverse the devices and mount them under the desk (or is it a closet under the stairs) correctly.
I thought its possible only in Asia.
I hope they appreciate you!
Yall, can we boost this man up the algorithm?
Here, have a comment
How's the setup working now after 6 months? I'd love to see
the dollar tree has a 1.25 riser you can put your cat bowls on 😅 youre welcome.
STL for dispenser? :D
@@kjetilpp I still haven’t found a low-voltage protection circuit to go into it
@ ah. But can you share it as is? 😀
Just use lipos. It's a lot easier than using tool batteries and it's cheaper.
Be careful the USB lithium don't have voltage protection. They are too small to fit proper voltage protection like the 18V line. The charge and the usb-c port have protection but the discharge terminals do not.
@@Giant21120 when I asked Ryobi a while back, they said they did
@@FTMOG713 I think they might have miss understood. Trust me the USB Lithium does not have that protection built in. It was moved tool side to be more cost effective. Give it a test, you can discharge the packs down all the way to 0V ( I recommend stopping before 1V though). Sorry, it would be nice if that worked.
@@Giant21120 I will test one. Either way single cell LVP are really small wouldn’t take much to integrate one into the housing
do you have the 3D print file for the Ryobi 4v battery holder
Where can I download the stl files for your adapter?
@@DerkSpringer I don’t have it posted anywhere yet. What are your requirements?
@@FTMOG713 right now I’m looking for an adapter so I can either use a ryobi or a Milwaukee battery in my girlfriends kids power wheel. But I like the idea of building remote control cars and planes that run off that usb battery
@@DerkSpringer OK so you just need the adapter and the cap. I’ll try to post it to my CULT3d in a few days.
@@FTMOG713 I’m still new at this can you write detailed-ish instructions or even a video detailing the build process. I am sure it’s stupid simple but I overthink things sometimes.
@@DerkSpringer I’ll make a video
Litter Buggies!! Your litter picking program is getting dialed in.
An alternative to looping it would be to have a strap around you waist (or cross body) and have it looped into the strap. There’s really no particular reason you’d need it in your hand and have to have complete hand range of motion. With it permanently strapped to you (with slack obviously) you could blindly release it and it’d just fall back to your body. If it weren’t for obsessing about the little things, we’d have nothing to do!! 😅😊
Was that a tool holder roll? Near electric ⚡ boxes
Wow.
This is really what TH-cam is for. This is cool AF
I love that they are bringing the third world here
wtf is that for??
@@elistidham8494 my RC trashcan
Genius!
finally someone does something about the ryobi usb lithiums. i have a bunch as well, great for around the house tools lol
Mine started rattling after breaking loose at about 100kms if not sooner. I didn't do anything anywhere near as clever as you, but just drilled a couple holes and put short 1/4-20 bolts with locknuts and oversized washers to hold it in place. My Jeep no longer sounds like a shitbox with garbage suspension like it did before.
Your endless creativity and persistence is incredible❤❤🎉
Great job!
Now I know you didn't run out of trash here in the US!😂

Australia? What?
/What was it like traveling with all your gear/? And particularly the knives
@@dwang085 I didn’t have any real issues traveling with my stuff. It was all carry-on. I did limit my gear though to save weight. Turned out it was the right thing to do wasn’t a whole lot of stuff that I need to cut over there anyway. I did take my Milwaukee box cutter knife.
@@FTMOG713 awesome!!

Where get that black crew thing from?
Saw some of your clips on TikTok. You’re doing a great thing, man. As an engineer, CNC machinist, RC enthusiast and avid outdoorsman, you’ve inspired the hell out of me. My 3D printer is about to start working overtime. I guess this could be my excuse to splurge on an SCX6 😏
@@Copenhayden you can find a lot of the files on my discord. www.linktr.ee/ftmog
Where do I find a steel bladder like that?
How long do the batteries last / how many do you have to carry? I do 4-12 miles of walking a day and this would be really cool to use on my walks to clean up the neighborhood but I worry it would die about 10min in lol
That’s crazy. You’re incredible🎉
You’re the Best !!
