Tim walters still has the full support of the owner.so he’s going nowhere quick.even if Luton town beat them .he will still be manager..city are playing shit football.once they go behind there arses collapse
Basically every goal Hull concede has been "gifted" to the opposition. Jeez, the absurd myopia of football fans. Is it too much to credit the opposition for creating chances and scoring them?
Robins yes Walter out send him back to Germany if acun wants city in top tier definitely not Walter and bring goal scorer some one like delap well Greaves in May see him back at mkm stadium next season I spent lot money going away but when Walter said get behind team but see shocking performance from Walter time as to go can't even applause fans because no he is not welcome at mkm stadium welcome to liam millar speedy recovery
If he saying Walter there score 3 we score 4 is he on dream land . My opinion miss players delap Fabio plus Palmer never warmed up so Walter no idea only player putting 100% week in week out is coyle. I pay money to go away and performance but Walter where is attacking performance not seen it should brought English manager shame bruce at Blackpool have him back
Do we think robins is realistic? I like him but with what happened with Casey palmer interesting 🤨
Our chairman is the modern incarnation of 'Deadly Doug'. Far too egotistical and mercurial to be considered the ideal chairman. God knows what he was thinking of to replace the last manager with someone eminently unqualified and put him under immediate pressure with a less than average squad. We are showing brief flashes of ability but will be way off the mark with the current squad.
If we had another young versatile Striker and were scorin' goals it would look better on paper. Still far too easy to play against, at Home we look vulnerable most of the time the opposition gets possession! Danny Rohl at Sheff. Weds could we poach 'im?
Tim is not a good Manager his style is shit and easy to play against
Played a blinder by not turning up, can't shout at him for the managers head when he's not there 😂
It is the worst style of football i have seen i am 84years a city fan when i was 6 years old i am a pass holder 😢
Robins isn't the answer. Talk to any Cov fan & they'll tell you things have gone downhill since his mate left. Our last manager out performed his arguably better side. The man currently slated to be his replacement is who we should be looking at, that's who attracts the players we need, as we've found to our cost they don't want to come anymore.
You sound as frustrated as the rest of us but able to say over the media
Hull city owner Acun never deals with Hull city He has only one goal. Fenerbahçe in Turkey but his team in England is very bad. He is always in Turkey and deals with Fenerbahçe. but he is not interested in his team in England at all.

While we're at it, I don't get on the back of players so nothing against Hughes but if that was McLoughlin today he'd be getting absolute pelters yet everyone seems to think he's the new Messiah. How many games have we won since he came into the side? How many clean sheets? Not having a go at him but careful what you wish for when you're snarking at others.
That defence esp the right hand side is at fault most games Surely if you’re struggling for goals you tighten up at back.
20,000 yeah 😂 We're going to get caught on the hop again, picking up scraps, if Coventry pick up Lampard that's a big win for them. Walter's way is flawed, the way the midfield just vanish when Pandur has the ball leaves us wide open, that's what slows us down, the defence have no-one to pass to, just launch it out wide & hope for the best. IT DOESN'T WORK. It's junior school tactics.
Look at it this way Birmingham city had 18 pts at this stage
Some valid points here but it really does feel like a personal agenda. Walter is no better a manager than you are a journalist and I would be happy to see you both go. The former should never have been appointed and once again highlights the owners lack of football knowledge and/or his inability to employ someone honest, experienced and reliable to help with these decisions. The owner has created a much better atmosphere around the club (it could hardly have been worse than under the previous people) but it is quickly unravelling, as evidenced by the thousands missing yesterday. I have seen far worse situations than this - under Collins, Smith, Dolan and Hateley for example - but the owner must take decisive action soon otherwise we will be consigned to league One, again.
I've seen better football with worse players under Dolan in his early days than this clown.
Wba fan here, we're not great we are bang average and in poor form because of corberons negativity. We have nothing going forward due to his tactics yet at other clubs these players were dangerous like wallace n diangana n mowatt.
It's a poor championship all round this season. Parker will probably take Burnley up just by setting them up not to lose. And why not, it isn't rocket science 🤷
Acun said this transfer window was 8/10 and now the story is changing from the club. Acun needs to get people in to run the club properly, Rosinior was fighting a losing battle last season.
Liam Rosenior getting rid was the mistake good luck for rest of season
Game Thursday night to Sunday afternoon sky sports your fuckin shit we've already got a makeshift back 4 we ain't even got to the Xmas period hull played well slater missed the chance 2-0 up albion backed off after that with Palmer(baggies keeper) trying his best for you. On a good note for hull great cheesy chips 👌
14000 attendance more like if we go down we wont recover 90s memories incoming
Hey Barry, just wanted to say I really enjoy the 1904 podcasts and your Hull City articles - your passion for City really comes through. I wanted to share my thoughts after today’s match against West Brom. The lack of presence from Acun speaks volumes. In tough times like these, fans need reassurance that leadership at the top is actively involved and watching closely. Right now, all we see of him seems to be with Fenerbahçe, and honestly, the optics suggest a real lack of interest in Hull City. The fans forum in September was embarrassing; it felt completely scripted. I think it’d be brilliant if Hull Daily Mail could petition for a genuine fans forum with Acun and Tim Walter for season ticket holders. Let them take some hard questions from fans who are growing more and more dissatisfied. Tim has said he’d be willing to talk to City fans, so why not give us the chance? I’ve been a season ticket holder for years and a fan my whole life, and this toxicity is starting to feel as bad as it did with the Allams. Okay, we haven’t been told to “go kill ourselves” like Assam Allam once said, but there’s serious disrespect here. The chairman not showing up to engage with fans, not explaining why he’s sticking with a manager and philosophy that’s produced only 3 wins all season - it’s frustrating. I know some fans are still finding positives, saying we played well in patches. But I genuinely feel that sides like West Brom just play the odds against us, sitting back because they know our lack of quality will limit our shots on target. Longman did well when he came on, but the continuous reliance on him only highlighted the lack of imagination in the current tactics - he became the only outlet, consistently putting balls into the box from the right flank that West Brom read with ease. And finally, the club fudging the attendance number to claim there were 20,000 today isn’t sustainable. The fans see through this, and by January, half the stadium will be empty if things keep going this way. The fans deserve better, and I hope you and the Hull Daily Mail continue to amplify our concerns, as you have done brilliantly all season. Signed - Disgruntled fan.

This is becoming a bit of a saga. We played ok today, WBA were nothing great, they just appeared to be able to play through us far to easily in first half, conceding two soft goals. In some ways I feel for Walter from the late appointment and recruitment but his style of play and fact he seems so stubborn, no plan B and I am afraid out of his depth for Championship. Acun needs to listen to those of us who pay monthly for our membership because we aint stupid. Walter has to go. This is relegation.
Tim as it wrong to play like we are in this league do s he really knows
1:51 everything is going awall mate i couldn't get to my seat today because of the left not working on the west stand only 1 lift can get to the upper part they could only offer me pitch side seat but i did gain a free scarf though still i would of gotten a better view at home and i nearly wasn't allowed in the car park because i dont have a blue badge it was all kicking off
If you are struggling to score goals and you concede 2 very sloppy goals it’s a big ask of any side, Acun must act now to save face at least obviously Rosie has gone and we don’t know how things would have been had he still been here.
It’s depressing as sometimes we don’t play half bad. If we just stopped messing about with it at times and put our chances away we would be way better off
Still think Walter need to go The fans paying alot money but he no idea where striker attacking Walter no idea . Losing to Oxford performance plus Portsmouth Losing acun said want attacking where
Put Dawson & Meyler in charge of the WBA game. He has to go it’s a complete and utter disaster
Stick with him. Oxford fan here. We sat 2nd in the table last year when our manager did one. Dez came in and we went down hill over the season but the board stuck with him and his ideas and we came up through the playoffs. Sometimes I think fans panic too soon. I thought you played some very decent football and you should have been 2 or 3 up at half time. We have a manager who is tactical great and we have at the moment a great home form as the new boys. Give your manager time he’s doing something different and given time it really could pay off. Good luck for the rest of the season
In the US, loving every video posted here. .. .. hoping for a turn for the better for Hull. Feel the pain of the fans.
To be fair I thought we didn’t play too bad apart from the chances. I did notice the central midfield though as when we have the ball they don’t seem to move about to try receive it. Omar for example doing move or try to make space to get the ball and just jogs about. I don’t rate him at all
does walter have the final say on the players that he wants at the club,if not then walter is not to blame.
was there last night we always have a mistake in us ,the football is worse than last season
Give him the full season...City supporters moan to much...
No ! Walter's remit was to IMPROVE ON Liam Rosenior's effort. And to reach the play offs THIS season. That is plainly NOT working. Leave it too long to dismiss him and there'll be too much lost ground to make up.
Now only 3 points from the relegation zone.another defeat tim Walter and hull city are just not working.more excuses from Walter.he needs to go.he’s not a championship manager.he’s had enough chances.Walter out.
Has he gone yet? The championship is poor this season there's nothing to beat. Liam had Giles sussed after two games, same with Zaroury, chairman glory buys one that caused the manager to move the league's best player to the right wing. Splashed the cash out on everything but what was needed in January (a striker to cover injury) then blame the manager when it doesn't work, just.
Tbh we did have Ohio, Sharp 😅 and a fit Connolly. LR decided not to use them. His biggest mistake for me
You going to get relegated whatever happens
To be fair to Oxford, the goal they scored wasnt a "soft goal", it was a well worked quick counter attack, the sort of incisive attacking football one would suspect City fans were hoping for under Walter. You can see the players are lacking in confidence as they capitulated (again) after Oxford scored. First half they played better than recent games and created more chances. There was an evident shift to get the ball forward quickly at times (still some slower passing round the back). Is this the players taking matters into their own hands? Has Walter reflected and made a tactical change? Regardless, they still can't take their chances and score the goals when on top. Its a worrying slump they're in now.
Yeah, even Palmer referred to a lack of confidence
Being caught on the counterattack is the obvious and PREDICTABLE result of playing an over adventurous style. Soft goal or not, it was the MANNER in which it was conceded. If we can't learn how to master " heart attack football" efficiently now, how could we cope using it in the Premier League ?
So slow to move the ball again. It's just boring watching the ball go across the back line with their only idea to get it to a winger. Sorry Tim bit this is garbage football. 👋🏻
Tim isn't the issue , the lack of anybdecent recruitment from the higher management team is the oberriding factor With a bit if quality game would have been put to bed in the first half A new manager wont improve the quality of the players
My lad said to me during the game “ the drive up was more exciting” He was right, the second half particularly was a turgid, lethargic display. We can blame the manager all we like but Acun has made bad decision after bad decision.
Acun is passionate about football and Hull. But it was an impetuous decision to sack Liam Rosenior. and cause instant instability to the club. We had to start all over again with new players and an unknown manager. Liam felt he could make the playoffs by playing a balanced pragmatic style that may not always have been exciting, but wasn't leaving us exposed to frequent counterattacks either. I'm no coach but even I could have predicted this is what would happen by being too gung-ho in our approach. It's high risk football that Walter is using. When it works it looks good. But you can't use that same style in every match. Especially if we make it to the Premier League. Say by some minor miracle we did that, we'd quickly get found out against a better standard of opposition. Ipswich have discovered this after gaining promotion last term.
To be promised exciting attacking football and be rewarded with dull and obvious tactics it is no wonder we are all beyond fed up. The manager inherited a team that was thrown together right at the end of the transfer window so it was not ideal but it is clear his tactics do not work and the relationship with the fans is starting to deteriorate again. We need to quickly find a replacement!
WALTER OUT ! NOW ! I don't blame the players that much because I don't think they can adapt to the unorthodox tactical style being asked of them. And Walter isn't flexible enough to change it. Walter has now had fourteen league matches and a few pre season friendlies to get the team firing the way he wants it. He's failed. The whole point of Acun sacking Liam Rosenior was to make Hull more entetrtaining - "heart attack" football it was supposed to be. That evidently isn't working. Now the chairman has to admit his decision was crazy and misguided. He needs to swallow his pride, act promptly and remove Walter immediately, before we get too far behind the pack that are vying to make the top six. I suggest giving coach Andy Dawson a short term contract, say two years, to see what he can do. He's a Hull man through and through, knows the Championship well, knows the players well, and loves the club. Plus we wouldn't have to waste precious time looking for a replacement manager.
That stadium is back to front on your video. Have you reversed the footage?
It's to do with the camera setting. Mirror Effect: Front-facing cameras on smartphones and other devices typically display a mirrored image. This means everything is shown as a reflection, just like looking in a mirror. Orientation: This mirrored effect can cause text on clothing or signs to appear backward.
@ I didn’t know that, learnt something new today. Btw, Hull will have a half decent season if you play like that every week.
@@LarryKippings But a half decent season won't get us into the top six play off slots, which was the whole point of us appointing Walter in the first place. He's actually doing worse for us than under our previous manager Liam Rosenior, who was well liked. Liam got us to within two points of that target. With Walter, at our present rate of underperforming we'll finish in the lower half of the table, or be relegated.
thanks for the update Baz
I been saying from the day the news broke about Liam. We have the team to get atleast mid table but the style and the system is wrong
