thanks for the mentioning. I also liked your point that edition sizes could become less important over "first comic on the blockchain"... an idea to discuss in one of the next interviews - season1 collectibles.

Would be interesting to see a list of best ROI this cycle. There are a lot of great collectables and comics that have a slightly larger supply but are popular characters. So they could do really well as investments this cycle and beyond. Thanks for the video 😁🤙🏼

So I see... VeVe is playing the "time card". "Hey, collectors, just wait we are "investing" in marketing, give us more time to build". BS! I do not see any commercials, not on TH-cam, not on TV, no billboards on the highways. Truth be told, VeVe invests in their own mansions, private jets and yachts. They do not give a flying f@#$ about marketing. It feels like we are part of a MLM (Avon, Herbalife), we the collectors must do the marketing for VeVe. Shame on you and on us for accepting this behavior.

Reality: Veve is a closed system. Interoperability is a must for growth. Veve NFTs needs to collaborate with other web3 companies that create usecases for the NFT and allows the holder to do more with the NFTs. Even collaborating with web3 game developers to allow veve holders to play as the character they're holding in their veve wallet. These are the goals veve should be working on to see the same levels of growth if not more then it did back in 21/22. They strategically showcased veveverse just before the historic bitcoin halving bull run in November but it may not be enough to spark any excitement.

27:10 no self custody will continue to keep the whales and rich crypto investors away from the app, and all that sweet liquidity that goes with it. Glorified in-game skins. Nothing new or innovative there. Don't say big IPs are afraid when Disney is going on chain on Pinnacle.

Pokemon card game rules... Actual addicting gameplay will always trump collectibles in an oversaturated market. Veve should learn from this.

Ben is what we needed we thought it was Mitch but hopefully Ben can scale the app forget mass adoption just get 5-10k active users. But tbh the app needs more then just collectibles that you can just look at in the vvv
