A very short summary of a weeks skiing, snowboarding and socialising holiday in the Grandvalira area of Andorra. This was after nearly 3 year break due to coronavirus.

After 80k miles, I decided to swap my seat covers between drivers and passengers sides. The drivers cover was quite worn. This refurb cost me little more than my own weekend. Results are stunning compared to what it was like. Sorry for length of video and the sound of my voice, but hope it helps…

Thanks very much for posting. Small point - it took time to come across it as the title does not actually say "Whoover" and so does not pop up in searches for that name. It didn't offer me "Whoovercraft" as a near enough match. Works well on some versions of the transmitter PCB, but would likely damage older versions of the PCB if carried out as this video. It's possible to do the necc work to the older PCB, but needs the pot outers reversing, and since the tracks are completely different and feed the pots in a differing order, you have to isolate the first pot on the track while re-routing the track via new wiring to feed the second pot. I have done it twice now successfully, and this way for several later Tx.
To anyone coming here now 4 years on, please be very carreful, there were earlier different board versions and have been a number of printed circuit card changes since then, and this specific wiring change no longer applies to ALL variants.

No, I don't think any FatSharks do. You use dip switches to set the band on the Rx module, then the channel buttons on top of the goggles to change to one of the 8 channels on that band.

Hello, Is the edge blurry or the osd will be visibile like on the dominator v3 ?
The edge is clear to me. The -2 diopter inserts make no difference for my eyesight. These are needed for shortsighted users

+gewema the foam comes with them, but you have to fit it, its not that hard to do so :)
Yes you get a self adhesive Velcro mount and 2 foam shields that mount to the Velcro (1 at a time). It's is very comfortable.

The Field of View FOV is 50 degrees diagonal.
do you need to use the supplied -2 lens to correct the blurred image of the HD2 goggles?
The edge image is clear for me, I didn't need the inserts. These are for nearsighted users according to the manual.

I got mine from HobbyKing. Only 1 antenna, i don't know why you would need 2.

No damage will happen to a Rx if antenna is NOT fitted. That only applies to a Tx.

I understand this can happen to RX modules because there is no load on the antenna.
Alot of misinfo out there on that- No worries. It will never hurt to have it hooked up but it's passive on the receiver end so all is well if you don't :) Great overview. Just ordered mine and will try to follow your lead :) Cheers

Is it worth to buy them if I have Dom v3 ? Do you see that the resolution is worse ?
+Marcin Błażowski probably not such a big upgrade from the V3, so probably not worth it. If you were looking to upgrade to the HDV2, then these would definitely be worth a look.

So you get only 1 antenna and cannot buy only 1 from HK so you are forced to buy 2
You only need one antenna for the RX module
