Taskforce on Nature-Related Financial Disclosures

The Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) is a new global initiative which aims to give financial institutions and companies a complete picture of their environmental risks. Better information will allow financial institutions and companies to incorporate nature-related risks and opportunities into their decision-making processes.

What groups of living beings have you included in biodiversity is very much relevant in the assessment. For example, its not just trees but also grasses that have ecosystem services and associated biodiversity. Also, the collection of data is one aspect to be lookedin to. It has impacts of time of day, season, habitat fragmentation etc. Hope this guidline comes out as the best assessment tool. All the best.
