Looks great… but Benches are too low, all the hot air and löyly will get trapped in the higher part of the ceiling and not around the bathers. The insulation is not properly sealed and can off gas at sauna temperatures which will be harmful if it gets in to the sauna. Rock wool is a much better insulation, fire and rot proof.

mmm ... unhealthy. U'll get black mold and fungus very fast and breath it. And it will rot very quickly.

Hey man. I love the video and the build. I was going to build a sauna like this recently. Just curious if you used the same angles for all your framing? Is it still comfortable when you sit on the benches with the ceiling that low? Any tips or pointers would be great. Also what length did you have all your boards for the framing?
