Hi guys I am Theodora, a Greek, a photographer & videographer (greekandsimple.com), a interior designer (tsilikodesign.com), a passionate home cook and a mom of an amazing daughter.
This channel started when I became a mom and creativity was knocking from inside my skin to get a new life.
I started sharing recipes on TH-cam as a cooking show, shooting with an old phone. I was sharing two videos/ week making a huge effort. A few months later I was out of energy. I took my time. A few months later a new season was born. The hero was not me but the recipes themselves. A year later a new piece was added. A little piece of our life and made a new canvas of beautiful colors that tell our story.
I believe, Life is moments. A blank canvas that we draw with our own colors. I hope sharing some of these colors of my canvas with you is making this ride joyful and happy.

Nice recipe. The background music is distracting however.
The recipe is good and it is clear you like what you are doing. However, the audio and the music track are frustrating and not helpful.

What a terrible place - Filthy dirty - rubbish everywhere - old most of the buildings are in need of repair - food was second rate - unless you were prepared to pay a fortune fpr bad quality - with a turn over of 5000 people per day - they take no care as you will probably not be there the next day or your leaving shortly and your comments mean nothing - over rated at best

These are not Favas (broad beans). Favas are not small and yellow like chickpeas.

Hi! Where do you buy the thicker kind of phyllo dough? I have not seen it anywhere around here in Columbus, Ohio.
Hi there! You need to get puff pastry dough for this recipe. In Greek is called "phyllo sfoliata" (φύλλο σφολιάτας) if you have any Greek or Mediterranean store around you can check the frozen section. You can actually find the puff pastry dough almost in all supermarkets. Good luck with the recipe! I am sure you are going to love it!
