@@ThePlatformEdge It certainly does squeak...as does the S Stock when it brakes, really makes my ears bleed, particularly at stations like Hammersmith. Defo not my favourite either

After a bit of research, I found that: The Polish Pendolino hit a maximum speed of 182 mph The former Virgin Pendolino have a maximum speed of 140 mph, but can't reach it due to signalling constraints.
