Thank you very much. I appreciate the comment!. I still want to get a green gas one someday because losing these shells is really annoying 😂. It's true green gas struggles in the cold. But have you ever tried using MAP gas ? It's the gas that hand head blowtorches use and can be found at most home and tool stores. It has a much lower freezing temperature than green gas or propane, it just runs a little weaker. But for Milsim West I ran my GBB m4 completely off of MAP gas in 30 degree weather and was fine. I highly suggest it.

Speedsofters do it with plastic skeletonized G&G bodies all the time to be lighter. Just don't cry when you run into a barrel at your local field, and your $600+ dollar gun build snaps in half. Lol.

@frankreynolds6831 In my experience I've witnessed a lot of players with expensive custom light weight builds run into walls or stacks of barrels trying to stop themselves while running. Only to break their gun in half because their gun was made out of plastic or custom 3D printed.

On the last day in the morning it got to around 35 degrees and my gas was starting to loose power significantly. However my BBs still traveled fine and accurately. But I could hear my gun struggling a little. I used MAP gas instead of Green Gas.

@@d-rzairsoft296 Gotcha.. I have a MWS and was wondering how well it might do bc haven’t had it out in the cold like that. Planning on going in November to Shali. Just not sure if that’s the right gun to use.

@@Ben-ci4bz you might be better off running AEG. I honestly got lucky that it didn't rain or snow at this event. If it did, my GBB experience would have been a different story.

I've taken this gun completely apart twice to clean it and I've never found anything that resembles a hop up adjustment.

Unfortunately, because you purchased your replica used, it is unclear for me to tell what could be wrong with your gun or why the mock bolt release function with the magazine doesn't work. Like someone could have put a whole different gearbox in the gun or messed with a setting I don't know about or the electronics. I would recommend taking it to an airsoft tech to have them diagnose any possible issues or features.

This is very unfortunate to hear. This field is very much based around older more experienced players, and has less restrictive rules such as "no minimal engagement distance". However I will say that being so small, this field prides themselves in having a maximum energy limit of 1.1 joules for ALL guns used on the field for your safety. That is pretty much the lowest power range Airsoft guns can function at and still work. As per the cost, last time I played here it was $35 per person for the whole day. I am unsure what it cost to rent guns or equipment because I always bring my own gun and gear. But $35 per player is pretty standard. There are some paintball fields that charge $45 per hour for each player. Did you rent guns and equipment ?

The quality at least in my opinion is awsome I think. The lever itself might be just a tad wobbly but besides that I think it's fine. I've found it works best with its own shells. The double bell shells. It's very accurate for something that is mainly supposed to be just a collectors piece with no adjustable hop up. You will hate using shells on a field however. They are expensive and kinda a pain to keep track of. But this was one of my most fun experimental games I've ever played. So I definitely give it a thumbs up on my end. I also LOVE western themed stuff too so who knows if my opinion truly means anything or not. This gun now lives the rest of its life on my wall, as a collectors piece that I take out to shoot at cans or impresss friends whenever they come over.

@wulfbytez136 I have thought about it many times although I don't think I can find them in stock anywhere at the moment. I ACTUALLY had a plan to make a DRZ Red Dead Airsoft 2 video last year with the Colt 1873 peacemaker from King Arms. I even bought the revolver too. Went to go use it and it only shot 10 feet out of the box with full gas. So I scrapped that video idea. No I actually have much bigger plans for a video idea that may involve a 8mm blank fire 1987 lever action rifle for future airsoft events that allow blank fire. But atm I can not discuss any further information about that plan. shhhhhh. Don't tell anyone 🤫.

@@d-rzairsoft296 Evike currently has the A&K 1892 with real wood stock on sale for $153 right now. Was wondering about these two rifles since I also want to throw together a cowboy style loadout, but all the information i find about them are either old, or not from people that have used them.

@wulfbytez136 if I get enough requests for more cowboy stuff then I will definitely look into doing a review on this gun. Not many know that the vast majority of guns I review I purchase myself with my own money 😂. So it honestly all depends on what I can set aside for such fun items lol. But if I end up getting one you can definitely expect a review and a fun gameplay video with it.

What is the "Boost edition?" Is that a real thing?. Would you mind explaining more ?.

@@d-rzairsoft296 there are a few upgrade editions of the EVO 3, the normal one, boost, ultimate and i think there's one or two more. Normal one comes with their factory mosfet and ecu. Boost is a little more expensive but has built in leviathan mosfet, 30K motor, smaller gear ratio i think 16:1..... and the ultimate is well the ultimate with all the bells and whistles

This is located in Webster NY and is called Bad Cat Airsoft. I run with the Gun Gamers as my teammates. They do have a Facebook page. Just look up Gun Gamers on Facebook. My team also has it's own game production company. Check out their website for upcoming events. As for Bad Cat Airsoft I have not been able to find a Facebook page or website yet. But I do believe it is probably in the works. I'd keep your eyes open for future announcements.

@@1teamasgI only fired about 10-15 shots, but it was really accurate, snappy trigger, and amazing weight!!

On mine when mag is empty it stops firing and when I insert new mag I can insta continue to fire. What could be wrong and that I dont need to press that bolt catch like others so I can continue to fire? That thing is what I wanted and what is cool rly 😊

@@marshalonegaming It sounds like there is an issue with the ECU not resetting the switch position. I would suggest taking it an airshop shop and asking them to take a look and reach out to us. -JB

Asg Scorpion all the way - one of the best out of the box replicas. Right now, there are available factory upgraded versions like Boost and CNC editions. And thats the ultimate options for someone, who just want to purchase and play, not worryfying about further upgrades.

In terms of owning something that will give you a better advantage on the field, I would suggest the ASG scorpion over the TM Scar.

We actually used real steel handguards and stocks for the first few hundred models made, directly from CZ. You might have one of those. It's made to a near identical specification as the real thing these days 🙂 -JB

@@1teamasg wow did not expect an ASG reply. I don’t think I have the real steel handguards, if it were just couple hundreds. But it IS darn good. At the time real steel Iron sights were available separately, not anymore it seems (at least in EU or The Netherlands)
