Bing bong scene is sad, but the part where Riley was going through her past memories and it became sad because moving is traumatic. Then after confessing her feelings they hug. That little facial animation of her sniffing then the slight smile has so much more impact imo. Serious mix of emotions with that one little animation.

I lowkey enjoyed the movie but mostly for the ridiculousness of it all... Perry writes about love especially Black love from a 1 dimensional view point it mostly always was the same ol black independent strong woman dates and/or marries a deadbeat abusive black man and has to free herself...and the ending is usually unsatisfactory or ridiculous Also some of the plot lines are ridiculous or not fully executed... The pacing was equally off too😂that what made Benji seem bothersome...

Last time the Dragon tamers from Old Valyria helped with the attempt of Ser Steffon Darklyn and one of them was killed. I think they were more scared of dying and used that as an excuse because they didn't want more tamers to die. They probably don't normally die on a day to day basis so this was too risky for them because they knew it would be chaos with so many untrained bastards. Rhaenyra doesn't need their help though, she is a true Dragon Lord.

The dragon that chose Ulf is a female, Silverwing. She was playing with him lol She's so beautiful, one of my favorite dragons! Those were her clutch of eggs. The clutch itself is like the membrane, the eggs are wicked strong. That last scene was awesome!

What jace said is true tho? Whats stopping these new dragonriders with bigger dragons than him from claiming the throne? Can Rhaenyra protect him from them? And Jace aint and elitist or spoiled, he wanted new dragon riders too, but he wanted highborn/noble ones. Those highborn has valyrian blood but are so small, they can claim a dragon but their chances of rebelling and taking the throne is weak since their blood is also mixed with other families.

Jace is right though, it’s not just about his feelings (though they are naturally involved lol, he’s like 16). Being called “heir” isn’t always enough to inspire loyalty. Rhaenyra herself is proof of that. Jace worries that the people will favor a silver-haired Targaryen with a large dragon (Hugh, for instance) to rule them than a brown-haired Targaryen with a small dragon. Jace is an obvious bastard, he’s not even a legitimized one at that (to be legitimized, he has to be declared a bastard). Even if Rhaenyra prevails, it’s likely another war will follow over Jace’s ascension. He’s thinking long-term, she’s thinking short-term. Jace’s argument goes beyond his own personal insecurities, he does make a valid point.

Hugh's mother is Saera Targaryen, King Jaeherys and Queen Alysanne's daughter. Jaeherys disowned her because of her promiscuity so she became a madam in a brothel in Lys. So Hugh is actually Viserys and Daemon's cousin.

I think either the director or producer of this emotional film asked Zack E not to cry until that last scene where he lets it flow! Concussion's have a horrible effect on the brains of athletes who get them. Wrestlers had to have suffered many. Will Smith is in a movie called Concussion that I really recommend watching, especially for parents! I'd love to explain but I would just babble on and my thumbs would get tired.
