When sending out a mass email about how long should it take before the email is actually delivered? I followed exactly what you did and I still don't see that email was delivered, any ideas?

Thx for the easy overview. I use the google contacts labels. Will the crm pick up those lables too & if so, how does it show the label in the crm? If i change the label in google will it also update automatically in KVC?

How come the customer who receives the search alert email as it is automatically sent can only view 4-5 property thumbnails at the bottom of one large property listing but are unable to access ALL listings that came up in the search? The only way to give them access is to manually email resullts and email the link for them to view results which is time consuming and takes away from the benefit of having automatic search alert which does the work for you?

I had seen this mentioned in leslie's videos so it just expanded on it.And I really appreciate it. I noticed that you have custom labels. And I didn't see a way to do that. Super helpful. Note the part that says to download as CSV, not VCF.

Mine only gives the option to backup - does not say export. Only VCard shows in the settings cog
