Hellfire - The Hunchback of Notre Dame (Cover by Pascal Whitlock) - RAW VOCALS
This was for an audition into a then-upcoming-but-now-defunct V-Tuber group/agency. I'm still kind of proud of it, so I'm posting it here for others to listen to it. I might do a more professional cover in the future LOL
The message I sent when I sent in this audition:
"I decided to cover "Hellfire" from Disney's "Hunchback of Notre Dame". Ever since I watched it one morning in high school while in bed on my phone scrolling TH-cam, I've been in love with the song. I love the way the song was composed to illustrate Frollo's hypocrisy through the background Confiteor prayer (and implied analogy with Jesus' Parable of the Pharisee and the Publican [see Luke 18:9-14 for reference] when you place the song with Esmeralda's "God Help the Outcasts"). I sing the song to myself almost every day and listen to covers of it on TH-cam, so I felt that this was an obvious choice for an English-language song to cover (though there is Latin in it as well~)."

Sorry for the late reply! This is my first episode of playing the original ("Legacy") version of the game, before the third part, Doomsday Dreams, came out! If you start here, and you'll be able to see my very first reactions to the first two parts of game. I do replay the first two parts of the game again after DDD was released, so if you finish the "Legacy" playlist and start from the beginning of my playlist for "Completed" version, you can see the changes that were made to the first two parts of the game in the new and full edition, and how my opinions of the first two parts of the game changed from my initial playthrough. I guess this route is supposed to be played last since so much info-dumping and major events happen in this route lol. Kept thinking that the route was coming to an end with any of the horrible stuff that was happening in the first half/ third of the route, but wow it just kept going and going in a bunch of different directions until there was finally a resolution through Minato's confrontation with Mamiya. What a wild trip
I was thinking that maybe this was supposed to be played last, too because of all the lore and the Mamiya meeting! But I also think that saving Suou despite having died would be the way to conclude the story. But, yeah, it's crazy how there's still much more in his route after that lol
