Simple everyday activities.
Air fryer doughnuts
1 cup milk, 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast ,
1 Teaspoon
1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1 egg,
1/4 cups unsalted butter melted,
3 cups all purpose flour
Glaze-
6 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 tablespoons hot water as needed

I’m not positive if this is a fact but it works for me. If the starter floats it’s ready.

Recipe- not my own, from somewhere on the internet. - 3 cups flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup sourdough starter 1 cup water Bake at 450° F About 40 minutes Or to 190° F

This sourdough starter had been in the refrigerator for 2 weeks, I’m feeding it and will let it sit on the counter for a few hours and put it back into the refrigerator to “sleep”.
