so that's roughly 236k dollars of my savings .... I have a nice home with that house! I may have to live on ramen noodles and sleep on the banig.. good thing we use tabo! I would put some sort of a partition to that storage area of the stair well.. maybe like a secret door make use of it like a shelf up to the ceiling.
