*5th General Conference of PISA Welfare Society 2024: Fostering Unity and Progress*
The PISA Welfare Society (PWS) successfully hosted its 5th General Conference from November 21st to 23rd, 2024, at Sarli Circle, Kurung Kumey District, Arunachal Pradesh. The event was themed "United We Stand," emphasizing the importance of unity and collective progress. Under the leadership and guidance Chairman *Er. Pisa Tatum* and General secretary *Er. Pisa Shakti*
*Day 1: Celebrating Unity and Diversity*
The conference commenced with a flag-hosting ceremony, followed by an inauguration program. The highlight of the day was the Mass Community Fest, which provided an opportunity for the residents of Sarli Circle and surrounding villages to come together and celebrate their cultural diversity.
The fest featured a range of activities, including sports, games, and cultural performances. The evening culminated in a spectacular Culture Night, with music, dance, and food, allowing participants to exchange ideas and forge new connections.
*Day 2: Conference and Elections*
The second day of the conference focused on the formal proceedings of the PWS. The event began with a review of the organization's by-laws, followed by the selection and election of a new Chairman shri Pisa Kachi and General Secretary Shri Pisa Tajik unanimously majority house declared. PWS house extended heartfelt big congratulation both of them for their future endeavours.
The conference provided a platform for members to discuss key issues, share their experiences, and chart a course for the future growth and development of the PWS.
*Day 3: Sports, Culture, and Felicitations* (*The Pisa Gunia volleyball Championship*)
The final day of the conference was marked by excitement and celebration. The Pisa Gunia Volleyball Championship reached its climax, with the men's and women's volleyball finals taking center stage.
The evening saw the distribution of certificates, felicitations, and trophies to the winners. The grand finale was the Culture Night main event, featuring performances by local artists.
