Omg best rendition for me!!! She’s in my top 5 sopranos ever. Especially in this concert, she rocks. Listen to her Pace mio dio from the same concert.

A monumental, thrilling voice and rendition. Amazing to know I saw her in one of her first appearances at the Utah Opera when she was practically starting her amazing career. It was the great, late Glade Peterson, founder of that institution that invited her and boy she was JUST incredible.

She was on fire at this concert. Pace was also spectacular. She could do no wrong on this evening.

Truly one of the greatest voices of this century! She gave us a glimpse of the regalness that was Tebaldi and Milanov!

interesting that she cut the words out on "ciel" just before the high b. allowing the orchestra to carry it through.

Wow, wasn't expecting the high note on "l'amore" at the very end as it's usually sung lower by other singers, but it was great!

In her prime the timbre and fraseggio were fantastic, but she was chronically behind the beat, which drives me nuts. And the high ending is not ideal (although Tebaldi’s teacher Melis sang it ).
