This game would perform a lot better if you got a "workhorse" CPU like a 13900K or 7950X because of how heavily it depends on multithreaded performance. Even I'm getting more FPS on my 13900HX laptop than this and I'm CPU limited. But it is crazy that a 5800X3D is only good enough for 50-60 FPS on helldive.

Malevalon pt 2 ?

I noticed in the last update in the game some bugs such as 1- Random death in places in the map without being hit by an enemy. 2- Miss alignment with stratagems especially with Orbital Precision Strike & Orbital Gatling Strike, you see the red line is pointing one place while the strike hit a different place which might cause accidental kills within team mates. 3- I just noticed the Bile Titan at the beginning of the video was shooting / throwing up at one place yet it hit you.

I just saw your comment from a previous video I watched. Someone who had the same CPU/GPU combo. I'm thinking about upgrading to a 4090 myself. I'm wondering why FPS is so low for you though. I'm currently running a 5800X3D with a 3080 12gb, ddr4 3200mhz cl16 OC and a 240mm AIO, case fans 1000w PSU etc. My maxed settings at 4k put me consistently above 80FPS. I'm wondering what I either did to adjust my settings to get that high FPS for what I have for components or if I should consider myself extremely lucky for the performance I'm getting with this demanding game. The only thing I see myself watching is my GPU Temps. Highest I've seen is 88c.
