Bulletproof Vests | How do they work?
มุมมอง 15Kปีที่แล้ว
Modern bulletproof vests save thousands of lives every year. Although a rifle shot may cause a few rib fractures, the vest will not allow the bullet to enter your body. An interesting material called Kevlar is the real superhero in the modern bulletproof vest, which has amazing tensile strength with good flexibility. Let’s learn about this life saving technology in more detail. Let's learn abou...
The closest ship from Titanic was Californian, not Carpathia.
The Iceberg is FAR from soft. The ice is highly compacted and extremely strong. It would tear through ships hulls as if they were made of tin foil.
10 years after the British government killed 26000.women and children in the war in South africa, this means that God doesn't sleep,, end of story.
Hirap tlga hulaan tech ko 😅
The metal wasnt strong enough for that cold water
Because the Captain forgot the God
www.patreon.com/SabinsMechanical the name for the excavator is looks cat Philippines has a excavator
Коста Конкордия отличный пример😊
As a naval architect , the reason why titanic sunk, was due to the temperature of water that cut the hull, AND the bulkheads were not closed to the bulkhead deck above them, so water could go from one compartment to the other. Today, all ships’ bulkheads are constructed due to the main bulkhead deck. So no water leak from one compartment to the other.
It's my understanding it took Andrews about an hour to ascertain the ship would sing. At that point there was less than 2 hours to evacuate the ship. The crew barely launched 18 of the 20 lifeboats. Had there been enough boats for all there wasn't time to launch them.
Okay Bruhhhh! That was unsinkable but Never Challange Allah Almighty
can i use your animation video for my contain
boiler room 5 was breached too. in the coal bunker which held for a bit. get all the facts correct before making a video. i respect all the models and such, but you really need to realize the major point here, titanic lasted longer then andrews said she would after the impact. she was tougher then you show. and as for brittle metal, how would they have known back then? it was the early 20th century. science was no where near where it is now. you need to point that out.
Was Putin sabotage 😮
One HUGE thing the people often overlook for some reason is that when a ship is opened to the ocean/water the water is going to CONTINUOUSLY pour in. It's not like only a certain amount of water is going to come in and then stop. Because of this Ritanics water tight compartments were pointless as the water would just spill over into the next compartment after filling up the previous one, which is exactly what happened. Huge engineering oversight. It would have probably worked if so many of the compartments weren't damaged.
Excellent video, this channel is going to become huge.
2:50: Titanic never sank during the day 2:53: The crow's nest "guy" was Fredrick Fleet 3:00: Titanic's max speed was 22-23 knots. Her engines weren't powerful enough to push her to 40kts
The Great Eastern, built by Isambard Kingdom Brunel, was the biggest ship, when it was built. Brunel built it with a double hull, which is a design he learned from the Box Girder bridges, and had a collision at some point. The collision caused the Great Eastern to have a hole in it, which was bigger than the hole in the Titanic, but the Great Eastern did not sink. The Great Eastern was so well built, that the people in Liverpool, who were supposed to dismantle it, had difficulty doing so, and some of it is still there now.
1. They know about possibilty of icebergs. 2. Andrews knows that Titanic is safe in case of front hit. 3. Why they did not instruct the crew to not avoid the iceberg but to hit it directly?
İngilizcem yok . Ama sanırım videodan yola çıkarak size bir bilgi vermek isterim. Titanik batmış.
6:18 - Partially wrong! Alexander Carlisle was, in the origin of titanic plans, the chief designer of titanic. After disagreements with Harland and Wolff about the numbers of lifeboats (he defended that 48 life boats should be putted in the ship), and his earlier plans to retirement, he left the project. Only then Thomas Andrews became the principal designer.
We need more
Really great explanation ❤
Many thanks for this interesting video. I wonder what happen to Italian Costa Concordia that sank a few years ago.
Another ZERO EFFORT AI video.
Well deserved like!
15:52 1914?
Crows nest guy of the ship aka the lookout
Excellent presentation & hard work👍
I think that the Titanic was still in operation today, even after the accident with the iceberg, if Rostschild did not want to kill some of the richest people in England who were traveling on the ship at that time
How did the Titanic sink? Im sure the two ships that watched the Titanic sink before Carpathia came by knew everything.
The titanic sink because the bottom part hitting the iceberg look at more facts at the video
Great work guyss 🙌🏾
At the time there was no convention that said you had to slow down for Ice, in fact it was thought best to maintain speed. Also the ship was diverted south in an effort to avoid the ice, which tragically put it on a collision course with the ice burg. The rivets and namely the Iron used, was of superb quality for the time, comparing it to iron produced today isn’t fair and misleading when you say ‘poor quality iron’ I have no idea if the Captain believed the ship unsinkable.. I doubt it. As the only folks saying that at the time were the media. I would argue there the was an adequate number of life boats.. not for everyone on board, but for the amount of time they had to launch them as the ship sank. The last life boats where floated of the desk as the sea came up to reach it before launch. In fact its a crazy testament to the seamanship of the crew to launch that many lifeboats in such a short amount of time from when the order was given
How did it sink? A hole in the ship and gravity.
This caused water to get into Ship, but only four of the apartments in the workstation we’re safe, but until it reached the fort section, it began to sink then it slowly continued to fill each room with water as this was happening the ships front part and back part we’re starting to become unstable so does ship began to break apart? The middle section of the whole ship was breaking apart and as it slowly sink, it went deeper and deeper as it went into the depth of the ocean. then the ship started to become rusty over the years and then they say in 2030 the Titanic will be completely gone. There are more facts in the video but if you are confused of what I’m saying, look it up on the video above
Lol soft iceberg
My grandfather knows that the titanic will sink..he shouts to the passenger not to board on the ship but they didn't listen to him until he was kick by some people inside the cinema.
Aliens
Should’ve turned right .

the rotshilds plantet explosives on the Titanic
Superb presentation man..!!🎉
Voice is annoying. And the first 5 compartments were breached because of the collision. He was pushed into full steam by the designer of the ship. Animation of the video is fun
That makes me wonder if letting water into back compartments to balance the angle would make ship float. Obviously it would be stuck and freezing without steam engines but would it float?
Titanic wasn't going full speed...
Think I can answer this one….because of the big hole in it’s side
How did it sink huh ? Well it hit a ice berg and sank why can’t people move on it’s been what more than 100 years now
We have moved on but when April 15th comes around we like to remember those who died on that night. Just like Veterans Day for example, many people have moved on but when the day comes we like to remember for those who have fallen to protect us and our country.
The crow's nest guy is named Fredrick Fleet & Reginald Lee. Geez bro atleast give credit to their name for trying to save the ship. Also you call the driver in the wheelhouse helmsman.
